Mark showed up quickly, was friendly and had my heat working in no time! He took the time to explain the problem and the repair and was pleasant to talk to while he worked. I would absolutely call MC Mechanical again!

We had been without central heat and air for 5 years after being told by a big, well known company that our unit couldn't be fixed and needed replacing. Mark came out to give an estimate on putting in a new system and said he could fix the old one. He did and it was colder than it had ever been. Did not push us to put in a new unit. Since our unit was over 20 years old, we opted to replace it. The temperature in the house stayed cool/cold until it was replaced. Mark called or texted every day to make sure we were still comfortable. He installed the new unit and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't tell he had even been there except for the wonderful new unit and cold air. Mark is truly a professional and a good, honest guy. Highly recommend!!

Called Mark at 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon when I discovered our upstairs unit was not working. This was a horrible time for the AC not to work when our son was having a birthday party and a sleepover. He came over right away and after diagnosing the problem, he left to go pick up the part that our AC unit needed. He returned with the part and installed it, plus gave the unit a very needed cleaning. He made sure that our AC was working and cooling as it should before leaving. The party and sleepover went as planned in a comfortable environment thanks to Mark.
