I have been using BPG for several years now to provide annual spring and fall maintenance. They are quick to respond when I have a needed repair. They typically send a consistent team that I now know and trust. It is great to see them and have a reliable company taking care of an important part of my home and work space.

The BPG group did a very professional job,. They were very timely and completed all work ahead of schedule. We used them in the past for maintenance they were excellent and affordable. When it came time to replace our ductwork and hvac unit no hesitation in calling them. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been having issues with our heating/cooling system and have previously had 2 other companies come to look at it with no resolution. The underlying issue was not resolved until today when we called Building Performance Group. We spoke to them this morning and they were here this afternoon fixing our system. Eddie and Coty had great customer service and worked hard to determine the issue. They went above and beyond to help get our system running properly again and I would highly recommend them!

We had BPG install a generator as well as a new tankless water heater for us. Throughout the whole process, everyone was extremely professional and courteous. They were always on time, called to follow-up, made sure we were all on the same page/understood what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves, and continue to make sure we are fully satisfied even after the jobs have been completed.
