MC Mechanical Heating & Air

When our HVAC unit broke last month we called around to see who could come out and take a look at it. Mark was the first to come out (same day, within a few hours) others had at least two days until they could get here. From the start he was professional and considerate. Knowing that we had no heat and have a baby in the house, he lent us space heaters and put a temporary fix on our system so we wouldn't be cold. He kept us updated and informed every step of the process.

We ended up completely replacing our entire HVAC system and zoning our home. We are very happy with our decision. Our house has never been more comfortable and we are saving money on our utility bills as well. We definitely recommend MC Mechanical to anyone looking for a great company who does fantastic work.

Mark was professional and helped get my AC back on promptly and checked up later on in the day to ensure it was still up and running.

Mark and Glen both did a phenomenal job. In the HVAC industry, you really do get what you pay for when it comes to labor and service. Mark and Glen with MC Mechanical are very professional fair and thorough. I should know as I have seen my share of contractors over the past decade in a half working in Commercial HVAC Automation / Controls as an Automation Controls Engineer.

Prior to my ownership of my current residence, the HVAC was installed by a (currently unknown) company who apparently did not care about their work or their customers or simply didn't have the slightest clue on how to properly install HVAC equipment. I hope whoever installed it were just clueless, because if they did this intentionally they shouldn't be installing any HVAC system ever again.

Thanks again to Mark and Glen for their professionalism and outstanding ability to clean up someone else mess. They've earned earned my business.
