He was contracted to install a new entire hvac system ducts,unit,etc,etc + vapor barrier for under the house
The vapor barrier was only 1/2 done and as of writing this the vent to the master bath is just a hole in the floor to the underside and he won't return my calls or make any attempt to fix it.
