I have used Panther for several years. They installed a new heat pump and it developed the dirty sock smell. They stood behind the unit and installed a new coated coil under the warranty. I've used Panther Air a few times now since moving to the area and have been thoroughly impressed! The technicians have been courteous and knowledgeable. Their pricing is up front and based on a binder they keep in the truck. My units are 16 years old and still running. I will definitely be buying new units from them when needed. Move over Cassell Bros!!!
