1st Choice AC, Heating, Plumbing and Gas

We have hired 1st Choice for bot replacing our HVAC system and also for plumbing repairs and they have been outstanding each and every time! This latest visit was for a six-month checkup on our new HVAC system, and as always, Brad was exemplary in his professionalism and promptness. A special thanks to him for teaching us again how to program out thermostat! We highly recommend 1st Choice for any and all HVAC and plumbing work you may need!

After a few minor problems with some plumbing work on Friday, the owner of 1st Choice, Tim Myers, really stepped up and made things right. He resolved all of the issues we had, even those that weren’t related to his firm, and did so in a timely and professional manner. It is nice to see the owner of a company who strives to see his customers are happy & satisfied.

His professionalism, thorough understanding of the situation, and patience with 2 unexpected breaks in the faucet were outstanding. He was communicative and flexible. I am so grateful. The scheduling leading up to it was a challenge on my end and the whole organization was incredible at adjusting schedules and responding to emergencies for me. I highly recommend and have signed up for their annual maintenance plan for my HVAC systems too!

We had gas lines installed in order for us to have gas lanterns flanking our front door. The job went smoothly and the lanterns look absolutely beautiful!
