Today I had the pleasure of meeting a different tech than my previous appts with 1st Choice. He was an incredibly nice young man with impeccable manors and clearly knew his job inside and out. He was honest and straight forward, which is what I look for and appreciate when dealing with an issue of which I have no knowledge. My personal experience with other HVAC companies have been subpar coupled with condescending delivery of information to someone, such as myself, with no basic understanding of the services being rendered. 1st Choice ABSOLUTELY blows ALL the HVAC companies I’ve dealt with straight out of the water! The 1st Choice team takes their time diagnosing problems and explaining to the homeowner in a tone and manor which is easy to comprehend leaving your dignity in tact if you’re clueless like me. I trust this company implicitly to the point I would feel totally comfortable sending them to my elderly parents home knowing they would only do what is right and necessary. That is saying a lot coming from me….

Tim is super nice and I’m very impressed with the operations of his company. The explanations, correspondences, estimates, arrival updates and simply the caliber of employees have all been top notch! Four guys showed up on time and all represented the company well. So much so that I felt comfortable leaving them while I went to lunch. The job at hand was well spelled out, explained and executed. Five stars isn’t enough!

1st Choice is Great HVAC Company. I being a custom home builder require a high level of installation & detail. Along with a specific schedule requirements and deadline. 1st Choice met all the above and Tim is a great communicator with us on a daily basis.
