I had an issue with my hot water heater leaking. John Hefner with Plumb Pro came out and inspected it. He explained the problem throughly and explained that I needed to replace it. John has such a great spirit. He worked with me to get me approved for a new installation and I can't wait for him to replace the old one. John's personality and professionalism is amazing. I'm so glad that I'm now apart of the Plumb Pro client family!!! I will definitely recommend Plumb Pro!!!

Turns out we didn't need much to be done and we really appreciated Kyle's thoroughness and honesty in not having us do work that wasn't needed. For starters I have to give a big shout out to the technician that came to my house, Gary was amazing and I would recommend you ask for him he’s very professional and was able to fix my problem right away for a good price I felt very satisfied after he had left I had an ongoing problem with pipes that no other company could seem to get it right. Glad I called plumb pro and they sent out Gary. I know who I’m calling next time I had a problem and who I am referring my friends 2.

I contacted this company at 8:45pm for a plumbing issue that’s leaked through my ceiling and a repair specialist by the name of Justin was at my house by 9:30pm.

The crew who came did an amazing job! They replaced the water heater and both ac units. They were done in two days and the crew cleaned up the area once they were done. I highly recommend there services!
