Steven Singletary and his crew went way beyond the call of duty helping me out with a sewer clog. They ended up replacing the pipe but they did everything they could to find a plug first. I felt they were honest and sincere with everything that they did, and did their best to make sure everything was done as soon as possible. I highly recommend this company and crew!

Great work and communication. Replaced the plumbing in our whole house in a timely manner. Work crew was friendly and professional. Got to meet the owner as well and he's awesome! Came by to make sure we were happy with the work, chatted with us for a bit. Definitely would have them out again if needed!

Kenneth and DJ were at our house to replace our old water heater. They were very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed during the entire process. They even went above and beyond keeping the house clean, during and after installation. A different tank had to be used than the original one ordered, they got it done and made use of the down time to get things done. They even added shutoff valves to both hot and cold water lines so that future tank issues won’t require water shut off to the entire house. Great Job guys you’re definitely an asset to the company. Will definitely recommend Plumb Pros to our friends and family. Thanks again.

Danny and his team are very hands on and I sent them some complex jobs around my property. They found some difficult to find parts and finished the work well, and are very professional while on site. Lots of attention to detail and the job done right.

I had new flooring installed in my bathrooms, and those guys take the toilet out but don't put it back. I made arrangements to have Plumb Pro come out and put the toilets back in. My technician Stephen S. showed up on time and called when he was on the way. He was a very professional and had everything he needed on the truck. He was on time, quick, pleasant, and gave me the price before the installation. It was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Plumb Pro and Stephen to anyone needing a plumbing or HVAC installation/ repair! 10 stars if I could give him that!

We had an emergency plumbing situation on a Friday at 5:30pm and immediately called Plumb Pro. John was at our house within an hr and went above and beyond to get our master bathroom back in use that night. My most recent set of projects I had been putting off for far too long was handled expertly by Jonathan. He did a great job of explaining the work and options and was highly personable throughout, making me feel confident about the decisions I made. I've had quite a few service people do various things at my house, but Bryan is the only person I've requested to come back and do another job. He's very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and does fantastic work. I'm so glad I went with Plumb Pro and Bryan was assigned to install a tankless water heater. I waited several days for his availability to do another job. Worth the wait!

Justin came out and was amazing to work with! He exceeded our expectations and did an outstanding job fixing a busted shower do-hickey (yes. Do-hickey is a real plumbing term)! We have used Plumb Pro in the past to install a water heater as well. Both times have been great experiences.
