Thankful for the professionals plumb pro. My mom was in town and said she smelled gas in our detached laundry room. The only appliance that runs on gas in our household is our water heater, which had been recently installed by a very unprofessional, messy, ineffective and arrogant plumber who shall not be named.

Jay and Kenny from Plumb Pro arrived on time, we’re incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They wore shoe coverings in the home, knocked at the door and waited for a response every time they entered the home, and also asked for permission before moving into certain areas of the home. These might seem trivial, but when you’ve had an experience in which none of these courtesies were provided, it went a long way for my wife and I.

Not only were they able to fix the issue but they were also able to assess and fix many other problems left by the previous plumbers. Thankful for Plumb Pro and will use them in the future!

On Sunday evening we heard the unmistakable sound of running water in the wall behind our washing machine. Shortly thereafter, hot water started appearing from under the baseboard on the wall behind the washer. I called Plumb Pro and got a call back from a technician within 20 minutes, even though it was 8:00 pm on a Sunday evening. That technician was able to tell me what to do to stop the flow of hot water without having to turn off all the water to my house. He also arranged for a technician to visit my house first thing on Monday morning to assess my situation. After a thorough inspection of the pipes under my house, Joey came back with many photos which clearly showed that our 38-year-old copper pipes were all badly corroded, and he explained that our current leak was likely the first of more to come. His recommendation was to replace all of the water lines in our home. I was very pleasantly surprised that the estimated cost to do that was roughly half of what I imagined that large project would cost. In addition, the great crew of Chris, Ashley, and John were able to come the next day to begin that work. All three were great professionals, and their work was excellent. I could not have been more pleased, and I recommend the entire Plumb Pro team most highly.

I called Plumb Pro to get an estimate for a hot water heater. The technician called to see if it was ok to come early. He answered all of my question, was polite and professional.

Converted my propane gas grill to a natural gas grill. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After service they followed up with additional calls and were helpful in diagnosing an unrelated problem that was encountered after their work. I will use them again. Highly recommended.

Wanted a hybrid heater installed to replace one already there, I had to pay 50$ to get an Estimate. the manager John came out and every 5-10 minutes was interrupted by his cell. After about 35 minutes of him being unable to provide the model # he would install I said just email me the info( I found the model # on line in 5 minutes). I said there is a model at Lowes and he said they would install it but would not guarantee their work(WHAT) almost 2 grand to install and no guarantee . I had repeatedly called and spoke to Katherine she was so helpful and tried multiple times to contact John and get the model # after a week of this I just figured they didn't want my business, and she is why I even gave them one star. she is a very good customer service agent but John never came thru.

Way overpriced for the work that done. The follow up was absolutely terrible. The drywall people had to come back 4 times and got so bad it got to the point where I had to tell them to leave. Got another company in to fix what was messed up and when they checked the invoice I realized Plumb Pro charged me for more bathrooms and fixtures than what I had in my house.
