Like a fool, I put a bowl of rice down the disposal. I called Plumb Pro and Bryan came out immediately. He was professional in his manner and his appearance, efficient in unclogging the drain and the disposal, and even gave me a gentle reminder of what should and should not go into a disposal. We will never used anyone but PlumbPro!

They got me scheduled super fast! John was super nice and helpful!

Kenny completed the installation of my washer and dryer in the new laundry room. He was very helpful and polite. He then gave me an estimate for a new HVAC system. Thanks Plumb Pro for being professionals.

After pulling quotes from three firms Plumb Pro was the obvious choice. Their cost to install a new 50 gallon hot water tank was reasonable and in line with the market but also they provided a discount if signing up for their maintenance program. My only complaint would be that the tech was extremely late on the day the tank was installed. It seemed that he may have arrived late to their warehouse and that traffic was bad on I-26. With that, I work from home and so the tardyness was not overly bothersome. The tech was very polite and cordial. He cleaned up as he went and my overall feel is that I am happy with the service Plumb Pro provided.

Have used Plumb Pro for several years and their service is excellent. Called them on Friday evening of the July 4th weekend for a clogged kitchen sink. Bryan came out within 45 minutes of placing the call and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.
