E.F. Martin did a great job installing AC and gas heat in my home. Jeremy took care of all of my concerns and the installation guys were very professional and hard working. My home had never had central air and had a very low crawl space. I highly recommend E.F. Martin.

Had some issues with my outside heating system and was able to call on Xmas and have a technican(Jeremy T(Thompson)) come out that very day. Jeremy was extremely nice and helpful. Wasn't able to get the part until today but we got it and now everything is working perfectly. If you need help Jeremy T is the technician to request. He will definitely be the one I ask for when I need help.

EF Martin as a whole does a fantastic job! Starting with calling for appts and handling service and 911 issues. My Service tech Jonathan Hennes did a great inspection and detailed explanation on the status of my HVAC unit. He had my best interest in telling me and SHOWING me what the problems that were present. He got the ball rolling with what he recommended it would take to make the system function properly. And he provided me a cost up front for the Unit.

Mary S in the home office was also very professional ,and personable as well going through all the details with finances and set me up with the cost of the system. Go over the expectations and expediting the process. NO HIDDEN FEES! Made the experience easy !

My installers Ryan and his associate were here on time and explained what the plan was and how this unit would help my current situation. Ryan was equally as knowledgeable on the systems and explaining everything in detail to me. EF Martin has been my HVAC for sometime now. I would highly recommend them for ANY HVAC matter !

Recently had furnace problems. I called E.F. martin, and Jeremy showed up in no time. I thought it was very courteous of him to ask my permission to pull in my driveway. He had my furnace diagnosed and repaired in an adequate amount of time, and explained things in a way which I could understand. We were very impressed, and will be recommending E.F. Came an hour after i called them explained to me what the issue was. I dont know anything about HVAC systems so that was important to me. Dennis was professional and nice he did a great job. This was the first time I have used this company. It was a pleasant experience

We had a great experience with E.F. Martin! The tech who came out to estimate replacing our unit showed us a bunch of things we didn't know and that others seemed to have missed. He even showed us how to get the unit to run temporarily for a couple of hours a day (huge relief)! All of their staff was very responsive and knowledgable. Would use them again, for sure!

Jeremy did an excellent job for us; coming out on the weekend and then following up to finish the job when the part came in. It was dangerously hot in our attic and he insisted on taking short breaks and staying until he was able to get our unit working. Very professional and knowledgeable.

These guys are great! A couple of years ago they installed a new AC, Furnace, repaired duct work, and added insulation in our attic. They helped us cut our power bill in half. They are very professional, punctual, and do work that stands up to any company around. They service our units two times a year and have helped us keep our equipment in top shape.
