Jeremy Thompson was able to show up to my house in less than an hour of calling on a Sunday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem on my A/C unit and showed me everything he was assessing every step of the way, and why. He was very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend and I plan to reach out to him with any future HVAC needs!

I've dealt with all of the technicians at this company, and and all up to par. If you want extra assurance that you were getting treated like a family member, ask for Jason or Jeremy. They're my favorite. Jeremy talked me into getting a surge protector for my outdoor unit, and when I had a power surge during the last storm a lot of appliances in my house were damaged but my air conditioner is perfectly fine. Jason showed me some indoor air quality products that that helped rid my house of viruses and microbial growth. We breathe so much better now. Thank you, EF Martin, for making me feel like We Are Family.

Just had Jeremy come out to service our A.C.. He is good. Personable, professional, seems to know just what and how to do things. Our unit is running quietly, and cooling the house as well as it did 20 years ago.

The technician was very friendly and courteous. Used shoe covers when entering our house. He was very professional and helpful in showing me things I could do to keep my unit working properly. He showed me the readings he got on my equipment and why a replacement part was needed. I would highly recommend EF Martin for any HVAC work that needs to be done.

Our Goodman unit was really messing up and giving out wrong codes. EF Martin sent out Jeremy T to fix it. Jeremy was amazing. It took a couple trips to fix our unit but he was always a pleasure to be around. He looked at the problem and wasn’t going to let it beat him. It’s great to have an employee that genuinely loves what he’s doing and that takes such pride in his work. I hope EF Martin realizes what a gem they have in him, how willing he is to go the extra mile, and how fantastic he represents their company.

Had to have a new unit put in for our upstairs. Great experience. The whole team were very professional, kept us up to date on the insulation. Also had to increase size of the duct for the return on the first floor. During the quality control inspection for the new unit, the team member was not happy with the amount of return air for the first floor unit. Had the team at my house within an hour and had it changed out before lunch. The guys very very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend the whole team.
