Imagine a day where it was over 100 degrees. It’s after hours and your AC breaks down. Not only that, you’ve got a pregnant wife of 26 weeks inside. That’s what I just had.
Pulled up goggle, and thank God it lead me to EF Martin. They had us back up and running in less than 90 minutes. Unbelievable service!!!! They’ve got a customer for life.

Jeremy came to our house to do heat maintenance he was very friendly, professional and he was very informative and helpful . Also Crystal was very helpful with explaining and scheduling our maintenance as well as informing us on the service agreement very polite and professional would recommend E.F Martin to family and friends

We contacted the office before purchasing the Groupon to ask for their advice on which option to choose based upon our particular situation and received excellent customer service. An appt was made immediately for the same day. Jason arrived, introduced himself and gave his business card. Jason was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. Jason diagnosed the problem(took his time not being rushed, took pics to show us, changed our filters and offered several options of resolution. He also explained that the office would follow-up via email with further options and estimates. We could see that Jason "TRULY" is quite passionate about his profession and the safety of his customers! KUDOS 4 that Jason!! A True Asset to E.F. Martin. After paying $183.00 for having a E.F. Martin mechanical technician replace a contractor, the heating part of the system will not switch on.

When I called the company I was told that there was no warranty on the work performed!
