Carolina Climate Control

Upon receipt of our water bill, we realized we had a GIGANTIC leak somewhere that didn't seem to be inside the house. I looked up Leak Detection and found that Carolina Climate Control also works with plumbing. They were here an hour or less after I called and Chris found the leak quickly and got it all taken care of - very professional and kind, as well. He even changed his boots to come into the house after he finished working :) It was also a nice extra touch to get a text that showed a picture of who was coming - gave that extra peace of mind that's nice to have.

I've used Carolina Climate Control on several occasions. The service is always excellent. Today, I had a new package a/c unit replaced by Brad and Mike and they came one time and completed the job quickly. I appreciated that they went out of their way to protect foliage within the path of the job site. Unit is running perfectly. The CCC pricing is no better/no worse than other estimates and I believe in the quality of the products they use. I recommend them.

Carolina Climate has been serving our system since we bought our house 6 years ago. They have done the maintenance service every 6 months. Always professionally done and when we needed service on the unit due to a breakdown 2 summers back, they came right out that day.
This year they were servicing our units and found 3 leaks and other issue that would have made the repairs into the thousands of dollars. They quoted use for a complete new unit, quoting several levels of units, we chose that route as the unit the builder had put in the house was not worth repairing.
Spoke to Marshall and went over each unit that he quoted and decided to go with the second best unit made by Daikin. That was on Friday the 19th and he scheduled us for Tuesday the 23rd. That morning the first part of the install team arrived as scheduled at 8AM. Everything was done and completed very professionally, and all the old unit was cleaned up and hauled away at the end of install.
During the course of the install a total of five technicians has been in as the unit had a problem communicating with the new thermostat. Felt bad for the crew as none of them left until the unit was up and running correctly, which wasn't until 8:45 PM.
They all worked with utmost professionalism and concern for the proper install and finish job.
We thank them very much for the service. The following day they sent out another tech to make sure everything was running properly.
We are very happy with the service and the new HVAC system as it running smooth and very quietly.
We would recommend Carolina Climate to anyone that needs any service to their HVAC systems.

I just recently started with this company and could not be happier.
Today , their technician, Andy Fox, met me to diagnose an issue with my AC unit.
At first meeting, I knew he was tops in his field. Andy spent quite a long time studying the issue.He came back with numerous photos to explain his findings in a language that I could understand, and he said that he felt that I could possibly have options.
In leaving, Andy assured me that there will be an immediate follow-up.
I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
I am so glad that I found Carolina Climate Control.

Chris showed up within an hour of my initial call. He was very quick and did exceptional work. This was a plumbing service, which is fairly new to this company, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody. Their responsiveness was superb, and the ability to fix the issue instantly was quite unexpected. Chris was incredibly polite and professional.

We had a great experience with Carolina Climate and our Technician, Michael. He was able to take care of everything while we were out of the house, called and explained everything to us in great detail, and emailed us a detailed write-up complete with photos! We were very impressed and will use them again in the future.

The installation was fast, the tech's are very professional and communicated what to expect on the whole installation process every step of the way.. Highly recommend

Folks at Carolina Climate Control arrive when they say they will, conduct their business as they should (promptly, thoroughly), and tidy up when they are done.

Riggs and Russell and crew did a wonderful job installing my new HVAC system yesterday.They arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. Very happy with the job they did . I would highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.
