On time, professional, knowledgeable! Unfortunately the unit is beyond repair cost wise however I have an appointment on Monday to schedule a new installation. Looking forward to working with Carolina Climate Control.

Update: Loving our new unit! Sales and install crew was awesome. Also received notice warranty was filed plus we got our rebate paperwork. They have the customer in mind. Highly recommended!

All around fantastic experience with Carolina Climate Control. Travis came to our house same day and provided quotes on a new Trane system for our upstairs system that was dead. Brad and Riggs came to our house the next day and completed the job in less than 5 hours. Everyone was professional and personable, and I’d recommend 100%. Thank you!

Amazing service and high quality people! Skip came out promptly to address a problem and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He troubleshooted everything and found out there was a dry rotted wire causing an issue and fixed it right up. Top notch service and I’m so glad I chose them to replace my system last year! Drew was very knowledgeable and helpful during the sales process. He wasn't pushy and helped guide us through the process to make the best decision for our purchase. Stephen and Jeff were very professional on the install. The install went smooth and they really impressed me with their thoroughness yet efficient install. They were on time and worked extremely hard to install the new unit. They also cleaned up and made it appear that they hadn't even stepped foot in the house! Skip and Holland arrived promptly at 8am and had us up and running in less than an hour. Both men were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions and gave us some valuable advice on saving on our winter heating. I would highly recommend these guys for any HVAC issues you may have.

When we knew it was time to replace our heat pump, we spent a lot of time asking for recommendations and getting quotes from companies around the area. When Carolina Climate Control came out to learn more about our current system, they were right on time, super professional and more thorough than any other company we met with. Drew put together several quotes for us, and really understood our needs, as well as our budget. We were able to find a great system that fit our budget without sacrificing any quality. When Tommy and Ryan arrived and explained their process, they seemed just as excited as I was to get this new system in. They answered all of our questions about the unit, which filters were best suited for it, and how to use our new thermostat. We've really enjoyed the process from start to finish, and will highly recommend Carolina Climate Control to friends and neighbors, just as they were recommended to us.

Guys were knowledgeable, friendly, personable and professional. I felt like the charge to repair shorted wires that were easily accessible was a high. I was told the service call fee was waived. Very happy with them. Just wish it was less expensive.

Got an estimate from Drew, who really walked my wife and I through the process and was very knowledgeable about any of our questions and concerns. Ryan and Joe installed our unit and they were very respectful and went above and beyond during the install. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing any work done or an install.
