Love Rusty and his team. Great value. They let me know when they would be there and estimate was accurate. They kept me updated when they had to order a part and make the repair. I highly recommend them.

We had issues with our air conditioning at the end of the season last year (5 degree difference coming out of the cold air vents). We decided to sign up for semi annual inspections. During the fall inspection, they said that they can’t check the air conditioning. During the spring inspection they found nothing wrong with the air conditioning. A few weeks later during the first hot spell, it was clear that the air conditioning problem was still there. We called them back out and they found the system to be low on refrigerant with a valve leak. We were happy to pay for the repair but felt that we should not pay for the call out charge since the issue was missed on our semi annual inspection. We gave them this feedback and unfortunately, they did not agree. They said that since no issues were identified on the spring inspection, we would have to pay the full charge. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If they were unable to identify the low refrigerant issue and valve leak during the scheduled inspection I do not have confidence in their routine maintenance or customer service when we tried to call back and resolve the issue.

We recently had our duct work and ac system replaced by the Richardson team and it was the best experience we could have hoped for. The office staff, install crew, and the owner were so great to work with throughout the entire process. Great pricing and quality service are unmatched. They have a customer for life. 10/10 Experience!!

This company is truly dishonest. They charge way more than the regular heating and air company's charge. They have what they call a flat rate even if it's 15 minutes worth of work. They charge on top of taking your warranty refund. They also have a 50 dollar charge for doing warranty work. This is all a hidden fee that is not discussed. Please look at your bill. They said they had a flat rate of 150 but charged me a 186. Trying to fix it over the phone with a conversation will get you nowhere. Dishonest service and billing.

Rusty and his team are some of the best in the Midlands. They answered all of my questions and did my service at a great price in a timely manner.

I have used this company twice now. The first occasion was for my heat and second for AC repair. Both times the technician was early and very honest. He even looked at my gas fireplace as a favor while I had to wait for a part to come in for the heat repair. They got me on the schedule the same day both times and took care of me. Would highly recommend this company! They are priced fairly as well.

Excellent service and value! Richardson’s has maintained our HVAC and also saved us recently with an after hours emergency. They do an excellent job all around. Johnny came out at 8:30pm on a Friday night when we had an issue and had us back up and running by bedtime and saved in time for a hot weekend. We recommend them for all your HVAC maintenance, install and repair needs. Thank you Richardson’s for taking such great care of us!
