My AC broke during a massive heatwave during the summer. This company was fast, professional, and are genuinely great people. When family and friends ask about an AC company to use, this is who I recommend. Overall 10/10 performance with these guys can’t wait to work with them in the future!

I will always use Richardson’s Heating and Air conditioning. My family in the middle of summer was dying from the heat and our AC was broken. They arrived the same day I called and fixed our AC very fast our whole family could finally enjoy the comfort of our home. I highly recommend!

So…. You need a new AC unit? Don’t panic…..Take a deep breath. I was in the same situation last summer when it was 98 degrees and my 16-year-old AC unit decided to stop working. A full compressor failure. I heard of this place called Richardson’s in Chapin, but had never before even used a service technician on our AC unit…..Yep- Big mistake. I called Richardson’s late in the morning and happened to catch Rusty in the office. Spoke with him personally and within several hours had his guys at our home and installing a new energy efficient AC unit. By dark, we were up and running. To my surprise, the next morning, we received a follow up phone call from Richardson’s asking if all was ok…. But the biggest surprise of all; The unit Rusty recommended ended up saving us over $130 a month in cooling costs. Now that’s what I call a big winner……This place is first class, and I recommend them to any and everyone who needs a new AC unit. Customer Service, On Time Delivery, Follow up, and $$$$ cost savings. A five star company!!!

Best HVAC company. Mike came to take a look at my heating system, and took the time to show me what was wrong with it and how he was fixing it. Rusty followed up with me to make sure I was happy with everything. If you are looking for someone to maintain your HVAC, Richardson Heating and Air is the only place you should call.

Richardson's is one of the most trustworthy companies I know of in the greater Lexington-Richland area. My father owned his own HVAC company (Max-Aire) for many years, and now that he sold his business, he and myself highly recommend Richardson's. Charles came out to a house I was looking to buy and gave a thorough and great inspection and found all the major issues that needed to be addressed before the purchase of the home. I highly recommend them.

Was not a regular customer of theirs. Call at 8 am when I figured out the blower motor on my unit was bad. I knew they would be busy with temps in the high 90s now. They had someone out to our house that afternoon. I texted the technician all the information about the unit and part before he got to my house. He brought the part and fixed the unit quickly. Now I will be a regular customer, great service at a fair price.

Richardson's is a HVAC company you can trust! They have serviced our unit twice and have never tried to up sell or add unnecessary repairs. We have an older unit and last year we made a service call to another company that instead of replacing a wire that had gone bad on the unit proposed we purchase a new system.
