We paid this company a lot of money to fix our a/c in April and haven't used it since and when it was turned on last Saturday during our first heatwave it didn't work again. So called this company and we were told someone should be able to call us Monday to make an appointment because they had to service their contract customers which BTW we were told by technician we wouldn't need contract first year because he fixed everything. Apparently this company doesn't care about backing up their work when you need them so would advise not to use this company unless you purchase additional contract with them!

CarJon responded ok to my ac problem but their prices are outrageous!!!! What a ripoff. They installed a $10 part and charged over $200 for 30 min labor. Also they wanted to charge almost $1000 to change a $200 part which can be done in less than an hour.

I had another local reputable company come and perform the work for less than $350 and they did an excellent job.

This was our first experience with Carjon and, given how professional and courteous their service representative was, it will be the first of many. The service professional was extraordinary helpful making numerous recommendations to improve the efficiency of and care for our HVAC system. They really went the extra mile. I wholeheartedly recommend Carjon.

The technician was polite, friendly, and well organized. He reported to us at the end or his visit and followed up with an email that summarized what he had done and what he had found. He included a note of the number of new filters that remained, a plus because our furnace is in an attic crawl space which we are unable to access ourselves.

Responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Can’t thank Jason and Dan enough for the speedy, quality, and affordable service they provided. They went above and beyond. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Thank you!

Only 1 star because of the overall service. The guy who came out to look at my furnace was professional and nice to talk to but unfortunately the company failed to contact me back about looking for parts for my furnace. Took me a few minutes to find the part on a few sites but it’s coming up on a week since i last heard from them. Seems like there out to make a quick buck and leave. This is my first time reviewing on any company.

Technicians installed my new HVAC system today, replacing my "ancient system".....GREATLY impressed with their professionalism AND they left my premisis so clean! > took every precaution to prevent soiling my carpeted stairs, etc. Technician explained everything about my new system and answered all my questions thoroughly!! All in all, a wonderful experience!

We have a full house humidifier that Carjon installed a few years ago.
My valve clogged and was not sending water to the unit, i called for service and told them the issue. They sent a tech out to look at the unit and he confirmed it was a clogged saddle valve. the only issue is they don't do plumbing repairs, I was told to call a plumber. Don't understand they did the plumbing when they installed the unit. When I placed the call for a humidifier repair I should have been told if it has anything to do with the plumbing they will not fix it. Just wasted $100 and time out of work.
