Carjon surpassed my expectations. They were responsive to my inquiry. Carjon also followed up with me in a timely manner and were always on time. Their expertise in this area is expansive and they really understand the product and how to guide you to choosing what is best for you.
Carjon made the process of changing my heating system seamless. They were a little early (which is a good thing and much appreciated, that to me is the sign of true professionals!), and greeted us with smiles. We were provided with an expected completion time. When the installation was complete, you never knew they were even here! They were very tidy and considerate.
This was such a positive experience for us, I strongly recommend Carjon.

Horrible customer service. Kept repeating myself and my answers to the operator. I just purchase the house and I don't know the answers, hence calling a professional to come figure out everything from servicing, upgrading ect. mentioned this 2x then on the 3rd when I referenced the other two times the lady got real snappy at me.

To date (over 10 years) Carjon has provided exceptional service at my home for my central air conditioning. In addition to the technicians (today, Johnny was on time, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very respectful - thank you, Johnny!) who come out to service the equipment, every office staff person (thank you, Sheila) that I have spoken with over these last 10 plus years has always been professional, responsive and pleasant. I remain one satisfied customer!

Read good reviews about CARJON and even got a referral from a friend. Our AC was making a clicking noise and it looked like the fan was running, but we were not getting any air flow. Office explained there would be a diagnostic fee and the technician would evaluate the whole system, then explain the problems and costs.

That was not my experience. Right off, the technician found a faulty capacitor. He did not have the exact capacitor on the truck but said he could daisy chain two together and that would work fine. Only problem was, CARJON was going to charge me the service cost for replacing two capacitors instead of one, not just the additional cost of the second smaller capacitor. This is extremely pricey as the fee is a national rating like going to a car dealer no matter how long it actually takes. It did not take very long as the part just plugs in. I asked if they could come back with the correct replacement. He called the office and they replied that they would charge me another diagnostic fee to come back.

The other arm twisting, was that I had to agree to pay before replacement or he could not finish the diagnostic evaluation without replacement of the faulty capacitor. That was not what the office explained when I called originally and asked for service. I was afraid if I did not proceed, there would be other problems for which I would need to pay another diagnostic fee. So, on June 5 2018, I doled out over $400 for diagnostic and replacement of a $24.00 capacitor.

I wasn't happy when less that two weeks later I was hearing the same clicking noise from the AC unit. This time, I called a very trusted electrician who referred me to an independent HVAC specialist. Russ came out on a Saturday and diagnosed a faulty switch which should have been checked by CARJON. The switch was burnt up pretty good and should have been obvious to the tech who had come out earlier...this was not a brand new failure. Russ was excellent and reasonable. I really don't mind paying for honest work. I'll be calling him again for a new furnace in a year or two, not CARJON. I'm giving two stars as the tech was nice enough and I felt like he was caught between the office and an unhappy customer. Otherwise, one star. Still, he should have found the faulty switch.

CARJON has very nice looking trucks and now I know why. Never again!
