Stephen our tech called ahead of time and was quick and professional. He took the time needed to explain our situation and was more than willing to answer whatever questions we had. I really appreciated the quality of and approachable nature of his visit.

So impressed with the service and professionalism of Carjon and their tech Kyle. He explained what he would be doing and then summarized his work when he was done. We are new customers and could not be happier.

We replaced a 25 year old furnace and central A/C. Carjon had the best price for top-rated equipment, and the installation was completed in one day. They followed up and replaced a vent at no charge. Carjon gets my highest recommendation!

Nope! Came to the house to fix intermittent heat not coming on. Changed the control board and (over)charged me $850. Still having same problem. Called multiple times and expressed my frustration. Spoke with Drake, Jeanne and service manager Amanda. Wants me to pay another $100 to send technician out. Absolutely insane! They are only there to make money, nothing else! Avoid at all costs!
