We had an emergency leak in our kitchen and had called multiple plumbing companies. None of them could get anyone out. We called Wagner plumbing and they had someone out as soon as possible.

This was not an easy one to diagnose but they took the time to test as they went, making sure that no stone was left unturned. The leak was found quickly and fixed properly.

Will absolutely be calling them first next time!

Wagner came out to do a repair that was messed up by someone else. They were able to come out promptly and fix the job in no time. Would definitely call them again in the future.

Never mentioned they charge $225 just to visit. Not professional.

We live in an old home, and GW Wagner exchanged our lead pipes, and did a major overhaul of our sewage system. They were responsive, professional, kind, and quick to get the work done. They were honest and reasonably priced, and we would definitely choose them again.

Water heater started leaking on Sunday. Randomly called G. W. Wagner Plumbing (had good reviews). They answered the phone (on a Sunday!!!!), talked me through shutting valves. Showed up (as Promised) Monday A.M. I got home from work at 6:00: New water heater tank installed. They called later to make sure we had hot water. The price was their EXACT QUOTE!!! Love these guys.

I have used Wagner Plumbing several times now and each and every time the plumbers were right on target. I can trust them to find the problem and fix it in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Glen and any of his plumbers to handle any issues you may be having. They go above and beyond every time!

On the 4th of July weekend in the middle of a heatwave, my AC blew out. I called at least 25 people, some who even advertise 24/7 and emergency services. Only Glen from GW Wagner returned my call, and promptly at that. He came within the hour, assessed the problem immediately, and worked diligently to resolve it ASAP. He was professional, courteous, and extremely skilled at his trade. Plus, he is an all-around nice guy with a very caring and understanding nature - something you don't see much of these days in tradespeople. Glen made a very uncomfortable situation bearable again, and became my go-to person for service and maintenance, and someone I highly recommend for the services he provides.

Came and charged me $350 for a repair and misdiagnosis. Then, scheduled 2 appointments to fix the real issue and did not show up to any. Would not recommend.

I called G. W. Wagner when my hot water heater broke and flooded the basement on a Friday afternoon. Glen Wagner himself was at our house within the hour. He was extremely professional and clearly knowledgeable. He knew immediately what needed to happen, gave us a fair price for the work, and replaced the unit the same day.

Glen Wagner, owner of Wagner Plumbing, just saved our basement and our sanity. We had a bad pipe leak in our radiant heating system in 18° degree weather in the middle of the night on a Friday.

We called about eight plumbers who advertised 24/7 emergency service. Two said they had no one to send out; the others had answering machines but never called back.

We thought we'd be bailing water and leaving messages all night, but Glen's service actually answered the phone, and Glen himself called back within minutes and was at our house shortly thereafter.

He stabilized our leak and talked us down, then came back early the next morning to complete the job. He did great work, explained what he did, was professional, calm and courteous, did not try to upsell us, provided a detailed invoice, and gave us a little price break on the repair because we'd paid the emergency fee.

We cannot recommend Glen Wagner highly enough; any future work we need done, he's the one we're going to.
