When I discovered that our kitchen faucet was leaking all over the counter two days before Thanksgiving in Providence, Wagner was very responsive and came over the next day. I knew we needed it replaced before Thanksgiving. In that old kitchen, it was beyond your typically easy YouTube project, trust me. They got under the sink and finally freed up the leaking faucet to install the faucet I picked up at Home Depot. Reasonable and trustworthy, and I'll hire them again.

I hired GW Wagner Plumbing to install a new faucet and sink. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Despite running into multiple issues beyond their control, the two plumbers never gave up. I can not commend their determination and perseverance enough to solve the problem. I am beyond grateful they did not leave until the job was complete. The owner checked in many times to make sure all was going well. The new faucet and sink look beautiful! I highly recommend GW Wagner Plumbing. The integrity, dedication and honestly of Mr. Wagner and his staff are exceptional and extraordinary!

Glen is the best. My heat died and the repair presented a tricky problem. Glen left no stone unturned in his quest for a solution and he restored my heat at a fair price. He is honest and conscientious, and he knows his stuff. I recommend him very highly. Thanks Glen!

I called with a problem and he walked me through how to fix it. He could've taken advantage of the situation and charged me to come over but he was helpful and very familiar with my cast iron boiler system without even seeing it. Very impressed

I made an appointment with this company on a Thursday morning for the following Monday, that night the shower in question let go and flooded my basement, I called at 5:58 p.m. and received no call back so I asked Roto-Rooter to come out. That Monday I was told because I had Roto-Rooter come out, they would not come and fix my other shower which also needed service, after being given the runaround for three and a half hours that morning and no one showing up at the scheduled time.

*Your response is an absolute lie, I have screenshots to prove that I spoke with your office and the woman consistently gave me the runaround and told me she would be calling me back about 4x and never did on the day of the appointment.

Wagner Plumbing came and helped me when my kitchen was flooding at night. They talked me through what would need to happen over the phone so I was sure of what I wanted to do. When they got here, they were very polite, worked efficiently and quickly, and solved my problem while answering any questions I had. Nothing negative about my experience. I will definitely call them if I ever need plumbing services!

Wagner Plumbing is responsive, professional and fair with their pricing. Im very satisfied with the job they did and happy to know that I now have a plumber I can rely on. Im going to refer them to any family member or friend who needs a reliable, professional plumbing service.

Perfect workmen who are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Cost of service was very reasonable. We had leaks in bathroom faucets and under the kitchen sink. Also a toilet that ran constantly. They fixed everything perfectly. Sincere thanks and appreciation to Dmitri and David.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I wanted to for Glen and his company as I was more then impressed. Glen did an amazing job. Most importantly he fixed the problem when multiple others didnt. I was in a tight situation with tenants moving in and he came out within the hour...fixed the situation...and had myself and my tenants happy. He did this on a weekend...after hours. I can't express how much relief he gave me. I highly recommend Glen for any gas or plumbing needs. His prices are reasonable and he stays until the end to make sure everything is done properly. I will definently be calling him for any other plumbing needs I have.
