Wagner Plumbing proved to be extremely diligent in trying to determine the issue with a lack of heat and hot water having to deal with a 100 year old house and very complicated heating system that most folks haven't been able to understand. They figured it, were able to source the parts, and I could haven't been more pleased.

We had a slight problem with the work that was done, but Glen came back and fix it. I just called them for more work and I was put on hold for awhile and then was told they were too busy and that I should call other plumbers!???

Glen is the best. He explains the problem, gives me the solution options, and then gets it done. Glen is diplomatic with my sometimes prickly tenants. but most of all Glen is a professional. Very lucky i found GW Plimbing.

Made an appointment for between 9-10am, no show or call so I called to check at 10:45 and left a message. Again, no returned call, and when I called again at 12, was told arrival between 1-2pm. Never came and never called, not sure how they got 5 star reviews!

Guys were great , will most definitely call again. Office secretary was most helpful keeping us informed as to what time the guys would be here. Thanks for a good experience (first time caller)

After being blown off twice to have my AC unit serviced, I was referred here and had an appointment in less than a week! The service was amazing and very inexpensive! Will be doing all my servicing through him now!

This company is a major ripoff, they charged me $225 dollars for a service call and $549 to replace an outdoor faucet. I will never use them again

Had a severe clog and my husband made it worse making a toxic soup... they came right away and took 15 mins to eliminate the Chlorine Sludge!

He came to our rescue within minutes and got creative to fix our water emergency. Super nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. Thank you!
