Over two decades ago Vincent himself installed my furnace has ran great ever since I've only had it cleaned 3 X and had to service it twice because of oil smell for me letting it go to Long without cleaning. Just recently I had the same problem with oil smell when the furnace first kicked on. I called them around 12 noon they had somebody there by 1:30 great service 30 minutes later they were done no mess happily impressed with bill. They also have removed two smaller tanks and put in one larger tank in the past for me as well. Same great service I would recommend to my mother.

My furnace flooded and made loud noises. I called the company that had just cleaned it a month ago. They sent someone who didn't know what was wrong and the heat went out an hour later.This was on a Fri and I was facing no heat for the weekend.I called my company back but they never responded. All weekend I called other companies and was very lucky to find Vincent who arranged to send someone on Monday. The technician from Vincent knew immediately what was wrong and fixed that and other problems. I would give Vincent 10 stars it if could. They will be my company for the rest of my life.

I recently moved over to Kent County Oil. The glitch is they aren't full service, but they recommended Vincent Heating. The red flag for us is this business is only open part time. After calling more than once we learned they close at 2pm (Monday-Friday?). I think we may need to part ways with Kent County too!

They repaired my furnace a few days ago, then again no heat. They came back today, fixed free of charge. Any other company would find something to charge for these days. Wish I could add another star.

Being a home owner you deal with so many businesses and you come across so many bad companies so it is nice to write a review about one of the good ones.

After my heating company refused to come out, I called Vincents. Miles came out and pulled some strings to get my part, even though it was the weekend. Even though the original part, that was installed was incorrect for this boiler (Due to size and compact space) he managed to get it in.

After some time, a noise developed. I called the office and they sent out a technician immediately. He determined that it should be replaced. New power vent was installed and system sounds and works flawlessly. After installation he said I would get an invoice in the mail. Invoice amount is between them and me.

Vincents took care of the issue without hesitation and without question. From this point on they will be servicing my heating system. One of the very few that stands by their work and takes care of the customer. Thank you again!

I’ve had my home for 17 years and have had 4 other people repair/clean my oil furnace. It never ran well. Vincent’s did a full service and it ran better than ever. They came back to do some repairs that they found during the service and it runs better than when I bought my home!

Alex performed cleaning and service on our oil burner and furnace. Considering this type of work, he was neat and clean.

He showed up early for the time window given. I watched him do a thorough and professional job in my opinion.

He left the site clean and removed all debris.

I would highly recommend Vincent’s. I’m happy with the work and value.

When it comes to oil burner issues this is your team of professionals to use. Vinny the owner and his son Alex are hands down the very best. The last few times I’ve used them it was under an emergency type situation. They arrived within a hour of my phone call. Showed up very professional and educational. Vinny and his whole entire crewi are the type of workers you want in your home. Totally trust worthy and beyond reliable. They have been my saving grace throughout the years. I will only be using Vincent’s oil for remaining time im in this
home. I’d give them 10 stars if it were possible. I saw that there was only 1 negative review from them. This negative review is totally false. They would never charge money if they showed up to fix something and then couldn’t fix it. That’s not how these businesses operate. This woman clearly isn’t a happy person based off her other negative reviews. Pay attention to those that have positive experiences with them because it’s the truth. Be cautious of miserable people....

Furnace would not kick on, so we had no hot water.
Vincent’s was at my house within few hours of calling. Everything is now running great, and it cost much LESS then estimated quote. The service mans honesty over that, the quickness from first phone call through completion, the correspondence with office staff to let me know exactly what was going on (thank you, Alicia)... overall a great experience. We will definitely be using this company for any furnace needs and yearly cleaning
