I can't imagine there being a better heating and air company around. Vinny was the individual who came out to my no heat call and was nothing short of amazing! Took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered every question I had. He was detailed, efficient, and and super friendly. They gained a customer for life, couldn't be happier.

We woke up this morning and no heat. First place I called forget it. No new customers. Thankfully our oil company Chariho Oil hooked us up with Vincent Heat and Air. The woman on the phone was great, understanding and got someone out to us within an hour. The guy who fixed our boiler was professional. quick and got the job done. For an emergency, quick service the price was very reasonable, especially because we needed a new pump, My wife and I would like to thank them and I would recommend them to anyone. So rare to have such great customer service in this day and age.

Our boiler needed replacing and they did a fantastic job. We never felt like anyone tried to overcharge us for anything. New boiler is running great, looks clean and professional. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Furnace wouldn't start this chilly weekend so I called Vincent's to see if they could send somebody to check out the issue. Serviceman was here the same afternoon and had my furnace running within an hour. Great technician and company to do business with.

Totally satisfied with Vincent Heat &Air. Called to have furnace serviced "new customer" they response time was less than 16hrs. Got system up and running replaced some faulty valves and up and running. Best call I made🤗THANK YOU Vincent & Staff... You will have a hard time getting rid of me😁

Very disappointed with service. I called for a cleaning on Friday. The job was done. Boiler stopped working not even 24 hours afterwards. They wanted $187.00 per hour to come back to the house and look at the problem. Mentioned there were multiple problems with the boiler when he never saw it. I have an 80 year old uncle living with me who can't be without heat. I couldn't afford to pay that amount. Vincent said price would drop by Monday.
Called Bill's Heating in Cumberland, he came out and fixed the problem at 9pm after I explained what happened with Vincent's Heating. One thing was wrong with the boiler.
Job done well as promised by Bill's Heating and Repair.

A week before the above incident, I called to have the boiler serviced at my rental property. Vincent Heat & Air came and replaced the cad cell and partially cleaned a window for the eye of the cad cell to see the flame which would guarantee a repeat visit. Within 2 weeks the boiler shut down again. I called Bill's Heating and he came and cleaned "all" of the windows that the eye could see the flame and boiler was up and running in no time. Both home and rental running like a charm.

I called early in the morning after two days of no hot water and getting the run around from many different companies. I was told they had a full schedule but would get someone out to me in the afternoon. We have four kids and needed hot water. The owner came out with Alex to my house at 11:30-‘ and got my boiler and hot water up and running by 12:30. We are very happy with the service and level of expertise! We highly recommend them!

Very poor customer service! Terrible! They send someone to check my oil burner other than that nothing else he did but to tell me he have no time to fix it and he have to go to someone else's house to fix they're no heat calls?? I have a no heat problem too!? On top of that they charged me $125 and was told that someone would call me for follow up but they never did! Not recommended!

Called for same day service, the receptionist said there was no one available but they would take down my number. I got a call back within the hour and they sent the most experienced service tech. He was great and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

Alex...I heard you was a awesome technician.!(.new customer here referred by my oil company) called yesterday after having another company come to check my boiler out and was giving a price double the amount to what Vincent's price was ..
