They promptly responded to my initial call and came to check my system and provide a quote. A few days later, they came at the exact, agreed upon time and started the work. They were prompt, efficient and courteous throughout. Price was as quoted and they were thorough. Had all ducts, vents and dryer vent cleaned. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future for maintenance of the system.

We had an excellent experience hiring JD and Son to clean our air ducts. Jim and his son arrived on time and cleaned 27 air vents, all ducts and 2 gas furnaces quickly and for a very reasonable price. They were thorough, friendly and professional. They vacuumed all floors surrounding the vents and furnaces, and were happy to answer all questions about the cleaning process, sanitizer ingredients, etc. They were also friendly to our pets which is always a plus! Would highly recommend this business for duct cleaning.

Jay and his son did a wonderful job cleaning my furnace and gas furnace. He sent me pictures of before and after when they were doing the job. I highly recommend them. They are prompt, pleasant, honest and did the job for a fair price.

Mr Jim was punctual did a good job gave me feed back on my furnace , was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful went to Homedepot placed the correct air filter which my service company was careless about .
Cleaned the vents and ducts thoroughly, uses the latest power vacuum technology , did not rush the job ,the team which includes his young son were nice and responsive .

I called Jim on Monday to inquire about having my ducts cleaned, he came by that afternoon and provided a quote, which I found reasonable so I hired him and scheduled the work for the same week. I do not know the last time (if ever) the ducts at my house were properly cleaned and they certainly needed it. I was shown before and after photos and am very happy with the work that was done. Jim's team was courteous and professional and I felt they did a very thorough job. I really appreciated the promptness and felt like a valued customer. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job they were hired to do and left no mess behind. I would absolutely recommend this company and will hire them again in the future.

I hired Jim on the spot for his professionalism (which is hard to find lately). The job was completed when he said it would be for the original price he quoted.
