I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by New England Boiler Works. They replaced all the water heaters and boilers in my multifamily property with cutting-edge Navien NCB-190 gas-fired Combi boilers. The team expertly handled everything from supplying and installing new valves, piping, and controls to efficiently removing the old boilers and water heaters. They even took care of the gas and electrical connections for the new boilers. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was truly impressive. Steve and his team are amazing. Steve is a great guy, incredibly straightforward and super responsive. He connected my house to the gas line, installed a new gas boiler, ran a gas line to my and installed a water heater - overall amazing experience, 10/10 reccomend.

Poor service. Installed a new boiler 2 years ago with a service plan and won't service it. Contacted several times and is always on vacation so they can't assist a paying customer

Steve and his crew are amazing! Steve came out and was so informative and professional. I never had to get a new boiler before and I had to have had a million questions, and Steve was so patient and answered each and every one of them. The day of installation the crew came out on time and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. They went through everything with me and got the job done in less than a day and the warranty is the best out there. They took out my old boiler and replaced it with a new one. They cleaned up everything. The quality and craftsmanship exceeded all expectations. I am so glad we went with New England Boiler Works! They were so informative and professional! I will continue to use this company for all my servicing needs! I highly recommend this company!

I purchased a home with an old, and undersized boiler that needed replacement. I called New England boiler works. Steve came to my home and gave me a written quote on the spot! After receiving three estimates his price was very competitive but most of all he made me feel comfortable with what I was getting for my money, I scheduled the job with NEB. Steve and crew showed up on the day and time promised with everything needed to replace my boiler. They changed it out, cleaned up the work area and took the old boiler away. It’s hard to find anybody like New England boiler works.They do what is promised and did not charge a penny more than the quote. I highly recommend this company.

Steve and his crew arrived at my house promptly at 8:00 am to install a new boiler. They completed the job at 1:00 pm. They were very efficient, neat and very well organized. Steve is very knowledgeable and they were extremely pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend giving them a call when in the market for a new boiler.
