Charlie is reluctant to call people back even on a servicing issue on a system that he installed himself. I've needed his help a couple of times in the past few months and he has not been there for us, declining to offer assistance. If I did business the way he does I wouldn't have many customers left. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible company to work for the owner dismisses any issues and tells you to deal with it. Guy I worked with all he did was belittle his workers under him. Awful company
