Jim and his team were great! Not only did they thoroughly clean all of the duct work in my house, they also did some repairs to the duct work in my basement, and showed me simple tricks to help maintain my system. Highly recommended!

Wow. I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful, family owned business. First, J and Son’s is BY FAR THE CHEAPEST AROUND. They did an incredible job, the before and after were astounding. My ducts hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS and they spent hours making sure everything was perfect and gave me tips on how to keep my system running property. They also sealed gaps in my system where heat had been escaping with metallic tape.

I felt very comfortable with this family team in my home and was very pleased with the results. Highly recommended, worth every penny.

These guys were GREAT! Gave me a fair estimate, were on time, cleaned up everything, professional and pleasant, and did an excellent job. They even fixed the railings on my stairs to help me out! Overall, very happy with the job they did!

Jim and Roxanne are very personable and they spent time with me until we figured out the issue with our air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend them to anybody very easy to deal with an extremely affordable.

Dealt with Jimmy the owner I believe. I told him I would spend any amount to do it right. I researched a chemical he used and found it ineffective and asked if he would follow a protocol from a board-certified allergist on removing cat dander. He flew off the handle and became irate and bitter and acted like he had been doing this too long to take instructions. We just wanted him to remove the insulation and filters and asked if he could do it and he went bezerk over the request and stopped returning calls and dropped the job. This was the second time we were hiring his company. We had already hired him for another home in the past and it seemed that job was done poorly in retrospect too.

Excellent service! On time, interactive, and put in the extra effort. Gave us some tips and tricks. Fairly priced, very knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, showed us before and after pictures. Very impressed with the service, would use again, and would reccomend.
