I am very pleased with the heat pump system that I had installed. I thought Superior Comfort was exceptional in every sense: I appreciated the help I was given in navigating the requirements for the RISE program, and the quick response to any messages and questions I had concerning the project. I was grateful for the timely help Superior Comfort gave me in my efforts to move the project as quickly as possible, given some concerns I had about my original system. I have only the best to say about Superior Comfort in Bristol RI. As a business, they are A1!!! Today, they quickly and professionally remedied a huge problem. My newly installed gas furnace had a gas leak. How did I know? I was experiencing symptoms of lightheadedness and headache for about 2 weeks time. A feeling of a lack of equilibrium. Being a physician, the differential diagnosis was large. But as part of my own assessment, I wanted to make sure that my furnace was working properly as the symptoms seemed worst when the heat fan was blowing and I had been in the closed living space for a period of time. It lessened as I was out and about during the daytime. Jen who is the service associate booked me right away upon my informing her of my symptoms. No questions asked. The service associate named Chris came within an hour. His initial screening eval with a CO monitor and a way to detect leaking gas came up normal. He persisted and returned to his place of business to pick up a 'gas monitor.' He returned to discover that the levels of gas at the gasket just beyond the replaced piping from the original installation was frighteningly high. As a result, the levels were also high on the living levels above the cellar on the main floor in the range of 30-40. Once I learned of this calamity, Chris made the necessary repairs and verified that the levels after he replaced the culprit gasket with the pinhole leak were promptly normalizing. I can't extol Chris enough. He was informed, efficient, skilled and amazingly thorough. He deserves huge praise from his superiors and they too deserve words of commendation for having trained such an astute and diligent service associate so well. I dread thinking about what could have happened if he hadn't persisted to do that more sensitive diagnostic test. He exhibited amazing intelligence and persistence. Owning a gas furnace involves hiring an excellent company such as Superior Comfort. They literally helped me avoid a catastrophe!!!!!!

This company did an installation of a heating system for us. It was a 3 day affair and these guys were true professionals. We were amazed at the care and detail they put into the installation. They were respectful, courteous and above all else were willing to answer all our questions. Honestly, this "on the wall" system is amazing and I'm always down cellar watching it work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking of doing the same thing. Hats off to Derek, Wyatt, Matt and Mark. You guys rock!

I reached out to Superior Comfort looking for a quote for some mini splits with heat pumps to be installed in my house. Since the first call, they were super helpful, professional and responsive! Chad came out the following week to build the scope of what the project would entail. He informed me he used to be an installer for Superior Comfort and it showed by how well he knew the systems and how quickly he was able to size the units needed for my house. After that initial meeting, he was around when I had questions and helped me with any concerns I had. With the positive interactions I had, the turnaround time to install the mini splits, knowing they used Mitsubishi units (recognized as top of the line), and the warranties provided, I decided to go with Superior Comfort for the job.
The following week, Ryan and Ray showed up to begin the install of the 3 indoor units and the 1 condenser. They were both professional, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to installing these units. They didn't mind me watching from time to time and asking any questions to learn about the systems and how they are installed and operate. They were neat, cleaned up after the work was done and you could tell they took their time and cared about their work and made sure they were installed properly. The install took a little under 2 days and once done, Ryan and Ray verified all units were working as expected. Ryan went through the different modes with me and explained how the units will operate going forward and checked to see if I had any questions.
Jeremy, the project manager, reached out to me as well to make sure everything was going well throughout the install process and made sure I had no concerns.
Marissa, at the office, has been very helpful with the scheduling, submitting the rebates for me through Mass Save and setting up a town inspection from the permit that was pulled.
Overall, I have been very happy with my experience with Superior Comfort and would recommend them if you are looking for ductless units being installed!
