Superior Comfort was great to work with! They were available on short notice, even though we didn’t have an emergency. We just bought a house with a heating system challenge - so many zones and a gas bill through the roof. Peter was super thorough in explaining the issue and what we needed to do to address. He was very friendly and respectful and got everything squared away for us quickly. I’ll definitely call them again with any issues and for maintenance service!

The company was able to get a technician out to look at my air conditioning problem less than two days from when I called. He was very efficient, thorough, and walked me through what the problem was. Unfortunately I ended up needing a new condenser, but they had it in stock and managed to install it the same day. He even made recommendations on how to extend the life of my new condenser. I highly recommend Superior Comfort!

Derek and Alex are super professional, knowledgeable, and SO nice! Excellent work. Besides the professionalism and a job well done, they were very nice to my kid and my pets. Very careful they didn’t get out of the house… that’s so important to me! I hope we get to work with them again!

Ryan & Ray were great! They spent 2 days at my home installing my new AC. They were very courteous & professional. They answered all my questions & concerns. It was great to have them in my home. I would recommend Superior Comfort if you want very professional people & a great job.

I did not ultimately select Superior Comfort's bid for my project, but had such a positive experience with Chad during the quoting process that I wanted to leave a review of recommendation.

During our interactions Chad was very professional, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to help answer questions, run numbers, and evaluate all potential solutions.

While I can't speak for the installation team and their quality, I can say that my experience with Chad would give me little hesitation in engaging with the Superior Comfort team in the future.

They installed both a new furnace and a/c unit. They were very knowledgeable and were able to guide us in our decision making, but left the decisions up to us - no high pressure sales trying to get us to buy the most expensive unit. Installation took a couple of days, but was not at all disruptive. I work from home and am frequently on zoom meetings, and having them there wasn't a problem at all. Would definitely highly recommend!

Great and efficient service! Our landlord hired them to come out and repair the warehouse AC. They were up front about how long the job would take and remained on schedule. Thank you Jose & Matt for an A+ job!

I chose this company based on reviews I've read to me customer service is the number one thing I look for. But the price was also reasonable I'm sorry please with the work clean the heating in the air units on my wall and the compressor outside. The technician Peter was very nice person and professional did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody.

The team at Superior did a great job replacing my 30 year old furnace and AC unit. They were able to do this job in 2 days due to needing extensive work because of the old system. They didn't leave until later than normal the first day because they wanted to make sure the heating was working perfectly, which we appreciated. Great company and excellent service.

Ray was great! He was very thorough, fast and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. He also gave me a few tips on how to use my HVAC system to its best potential. Totally happy with the service I received today!
