We want to share our appreciation to Superior Comfort for their professionalism and courtesy throughout the HVAC system process. Our initial contact was with Timothy Damoto, who explained in great detail the Mitsubishi HVAC system, including the installation process. In our opinion, he was the reason why we selected Superior Comfort. A sincere and honest employee from our perspective. Most importantly, it is the acknowledgement of the installation crew that installed our system. Ryan and Ray are superlative in many aspects. Not only in their quality installation, but personality as well. They are extremely competent and reliable. They work together with great cohesion. In addition, their daily contact with us was extremely eventful, in that their work habit never changed. Always pleasant and courteous. Precise is the word that most relates to them. We would also like to acknowledge Mark, who did a professional install of the pads for the inverter units. Lastly, my phone and personal contact with Marisa was pleasant and courteous. All in all each employee mention is an asset to Superior Comfort.
Without doubt, Superior Comfort by far deserves better than 5 stars, which is all that we can rate them unfortunately. Once again, we extend our utmost appreciation to the entire crew that provided this exceptional service. We will continue this relationship by signing on to their annual maintenance program.

The team at Superior is just that - superior. Even when there was a scheduling miscommunication, Helen immediately rectified the issue. Chris is the tech who installed the humidification system to our current geothermal system. When he arrived to do a routine maintenance on our geothermal system (which he thoroughly went over with us), we inquired about the lack of humidity in the home and how we could address it. He gave us our options and we scheduled the installation. He’s an amazing tech who knows his job well. He has become our go-to. I highly recommend Superior, especially if you have geothermal. Their team is knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable.

Superior comfort installed a new AC system in my home 2 years ago and they perform the annual maintenance on it. The technicians are always great and this year was no exception with Peter. The service is fantastic!

Everything from the very first phone call to the installation and testing of the system was great! Chad did a great job as the sales person explaining all my options and answering all my questions. Ryan and Ray were fantastic installers, always on time, clean and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience!

We had Superior Comfort Inc replace our worn out HVAC system with a much more modern, efficient and quiet Trane variable speed gas furnace coupled with a heat pump. We got several quotes and Superior Comfort gave us the best price even though they quoted a better system that was variable speed with a heat pump vs just an AC compressor and had a great zone control system for our two zone system. Having this new system installed is like night and day compared to our old system as it is so much quieter and yields a more comfortable environment.

We waited a few weeks to get the system installed because we weren't available when they first were able to install it (this wasn't a problem at all since our old system heat still worked fine). The install went smoothly even though it was done in February and we got a snow storm the first night of the install. All the people who came to work on the install were friendly and really seemed to know what they were doing. They were also very neat which was nice since the system was installed in a furnace room in our finished basement. I've got to say it seemed like the most thorough HVAC install we've been involved with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend getting them to do your job and are going to switch to also having them do our system maintenance.

Superior Comfort did an amazing job installing our HVAC! We have a 100 year old Dutch colonial that has a scary attic. We were shocked no one fell through. But Jose and Matt were incredibly competent and everything went great. They took control of everything and our home was always immaculate at the end of the day. They explained everything! It was all 100% clear from beginning to end and our very old home cools down in about 5 minutes flat.
Another professional came to look at a door that needed fixing after the HVAC was installed. He used to install HVAC systems. He got one look at how professional this job was and ran around saying, "This is unbelievable! I haven't seen other systems that are this good!"

Josh and Wyatt were very professional and courteous during the installation explaining the process and answered any questions we had. The follow up call to check the system and give us operating instructions was very helpful.
