Very professional service. Would highly recommend this company. I had other estimates but chose superior and I'm very glad I did.

This project was a replacement and upgrade for our twenty year old HVAC system. From start to finish, my wife and I were very impressed with all of the teams' level of professionalism and knowledge. Starting with Tim who carefully listened to our requirements and questions before presenting us with a clear comparison summary of all of the options that were suitable for our needs and home and details of the work required. As the project manager, Jeremy carefully explained the details about the work to be undertaken and the layout for the installation. Work started as scheduled and over the course of three full days, Christian and Adam arrived early and accomplished an amazing amount of work dismantling the old equipment and installing the new components. Of special note is how incredibly neat they left the site at the end of each day. Josh's carpentry work exceeded my expectations in building a wall to support the ERV equipment. Shawn's knowledge and willingness to answer all of my questions about the system while he tested and programmed all of the components was exceptional. Finally, we love the system and highly recommend Superior Comfort, Inc for anyone looking for a top-notch installation.

All five of the installation group were courteous, efficient, professional, and were open to questions about procedures And progress of the project. Plus their cleanup was very good. We are happy with the Superior team’s work and professionalism.

Received yearly A/C service from Ray. Very happy, honest about what needed to be fixed and what I could wait on.

We bought what was described as the ‘Cadillac of air conditioners’ and the install team lived up to the hype. (It’s just night 1, so we’ll have to see how well the machine does lol). The install crew was very professional, quick and clean. Even when ‘something went wrong’ they were calm, informative and honest. Would highly recommend.

We needed a repair on our Geothermal system.(The company that installed our system retired). I called a few places and I found out Superior Comfort was the only one working on Geothermal.
I scheduled a repair for the next available repair crew. They arrived the next day and after a couple hours the heat was on. Very professional guys and clean. They even had covers on their work boots! I would recommend this place.

Fabulous experience! Dimitri was excellent for the estimate & setting up the service dates. Ryan & Ray did the 2-day installation. I couldn’t be happier with their work, professionalism and friendliness! They even went above & beyond to fix a dryer hose that wasn’t vented properly. So happy that I found this company!

Ryan was awesome and VERY patient. The AC installation was tricky as the house had some “odd” architectural choices, but Ryan persevered where others would’ve surrendered. And now I have cool crisp air chilling the house!
