Quick, friendly and professional. Repaired AC unit while other company told us not worth repairing and that we needed a whole new unit. Will definitely be using them when it comes time to replace.
Quick, easy, reasonable AC tune up. Front desk person was great to work with and very understanding of a last minute schedule change on our end.
Dakota was timely, very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what was wrong with my aging A/C unit and what to anticipate going forward. When it is time to replace our furnace and a/c, Urban Heating & Cooling will be who we call!
Fast professional and clean
I called Urban Heating and Cooling since I needed a new chimney liner installed as my previous one was very old, extremely deteriorated, and far too large for just a water heater. They were able to get out here within a week, and upon further inspection of my chimney, they realized that what they were working with was very unusual and they would have to be creative given the placement of the chimney and my basement/water heater. I appreciated Dane’s quick thinking and ability to problem-solve on the fly, especially after he stated this was the most challenging chimney he has had to deal with in his 19 years of experience. Both Dane and Jeffery were extremely professional, thorough in their explanations, and left me with peace of mind knowing that my water heater would properly vent going forward. Would highly recommend these guys!

The team showed up on time on the hottest day of the year to replace my AC and furnace. They were fast, courteous and had me up and running in half the time they estimated. They also identified issue with cold air return to 2nd story. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew!
Ryan was over within 3 hours on a 90 degree day. Replacd the capacitor within 30 minutes. I observed my neighbor around the corner with the same unit having their whole unit replaced. Trustworthy and I highly recommended them.

Ryan is a stand up guy. He came to do our heating and saved us. He is very nice, professional and affordable. Great family man, I asked him about house issues unrelated to our heating and he helped me out with no additional cost, you don't find professional like him anymore.

I called Urban Heating because my was making a strange noise. They were able to come the next day and take a look at it, of course it didn't make the noise when they were there, he (Ryan ) came out the next day and determined it wasn't mine. The office woman was friendly and helpful and Ryan was extremely helpful. I will recommend them to anyone with heating or cooling issues. Thank you!
Integrity, dependability, trustworthiness, and workmanship are great qualities of a technician. Ryan and his apprentice today were all of these. His honesty really showed and this is what every homeowner desire when their furnace is serviced. I'll have him back in the spring to service my central air. Thanks Ryan. 10/15/19
Terrible customer service, waiting days for a call back from the "owner". Still have not received anything communication wise from Ryan, or the girl that answers. Will NOT be using them again.
We heard great things about Urban HVAC however when we attempted to use them for a customers project we did not have a great experience. A homeowner wanted to have a mini-split air conditioning unit installed in her sun room for her dogs during the day. We contacted Urban and were able to get someone out for an estimate within a week. We were told we would be given the estimate within a few days. After that we were given the run around. A week later we called asking about our estimate and we were told he was working on it and we would have it soon. We then called every week for the next 4 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks and we still do not have our estimate. When I called and asked to speak to the owner Ryan yesterday he was short with me but in the end promised me that we would have the estimate with in the hour. It is now the next day and we still do not have an estimate. We understand that there are more pressing projects for them with the extreme heat, however telling us that they are too busy would have been exponentially better than them telling us it was coming soon and then never sending it. We have moved on to another HVAC company. We wish Urban Heating and Cooling the best with improving their estimate processes and customer service.
Urban Heating & Cooling did a great job repairing my furnace. The service tech was quick to respond during a snow storm that day, even though they were busy with service calls. They fixed the wiring problem fast and at a fair price. They were honest and I will be using them in the future for repairs & replacement.
True Professionals!!! Got to us within 1.5 hours of calling, fixed everything in no time and didn’t charge an arm and a leg! So happy I went with them, HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone! Our technician Ryan was so polite, so friendly and very professional. Thank you again for giving us our life back on the coldest day yet this year (-6F outside, imagine the gratitude!!!)
