Very good company. I highly recommend. We decided it was time to replace our furnace and ac. They came in and walked through the whole house. Asked great questions about hot and cold spots. We asked several questions and they gave solid advice. Was not pushy about upselling us for equipment we didn’t need. Installation was great. Everything went smoothly. The techs were all very professional. I am so glad we chose Burant.

We have been using Burant for years for our yearly furnace/AC maintenance, and also in purchasing and installing our new systems. We like the monthly payment plan, and that they schedule the next service immediately at the time of the current service. The company tries to schedule the same technicians each time for consistency which is also a positive business approach. They do rely on verbal phone, instead of text or email, confirmations of appointments, which is a tad annoying, so I have learned to save their number as a contact. Otherwise I would recommend the company!
The office called to set up our prepaid furnace tune up. The tech arrived on time, calling ahead to confirm his impending arrival. He was punctual, polite, informative. All in all an excellent experience with fair pricing.
