Started out as a good and honest company a couple years ago. Since then, not sure I trust them. Pretty shady. They pressure to purchase services. They've had to also reschedule appointments several times with me. Not a big fan.
Son was on time, friendly and helpful talking me through several options!
Did great job of explaining everything. Jake was on time and answered all my questions in easy to understand language
Jake did a yearly a/c inspection today for us. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Highly recommend over the moon!!

They are a 5 Star company from the time you talk with them about a job straight through when the job is finished. Easy to work with and do it right the first time. Highly recommend this company.
Son did an inspection and cleaning of the ac system. He was professional and knowledgeable. The reason for the 3 stars was the extra $348 for " deep cleaning" the A coil inside the house. I thought that should have been covered in the $250 annual gold plan on a system that was installed in 2021.
Eric couldn’t finish the install through no fault of his because the fan was missing a bracket. He covered the hole and I made an appointment for the next week to get it installed. I got a replacement fan. Brad came back and installed it. Unfortunately, the tape Eric used to tape cardboard to cover hole ripped off paint and texture when it was removed.
Really terrible experience with a quote on a new HVAC system. Erick was extremely unprofessional, misogynistic, and rude.
I had a very unprofessional experience for an HAVC quote with this company. My husband had to be at work due to other employees being out sick and meetings he needed to attend, and so I was home ready to greet and get the information. Erick was hesitant and honestly pretty rude to me and at one point said “I don’t want this to sound wrong but usually I talk to my partner before big purchases, do you want me to come back and deliver the quote when your husband is home?” I’m fully capable of relating information to my husband and it’s offensive that this man thought otherwise. I had questions prepared that I didn’t even get to ask. He also told me flat out their quote would be higher than others and basically said don’t bother. At one point he asked our age and in the end scheduled a different time to deliver the quote when my husband would be home, which we will be canceling because there’s no way we’ll work with this company now.

My home's problem was so big I had one appointment to get my ac back up and running, and another for the rest of the hvac system. While I didn't receive good news, NOT their fault of course, I was very pleased with how well they explained everything clearly, were professional, kind, thorough, non judgmental, and did literally everything they could for me, were just great to deal with. I'm going to be honest, the 2nd tech, Josh, looking like Jensen Ackles, helped soften the blow, lol. I look forward to having our system revamped by Over the Moon- this was amongst the best pricing I found for this big of a project.
My technician was very professional and did a great job servicing not only my AC but also removed an old unused gas line. I was very happy with their work and the quality of the job they did.
I don’t know where to start. Over the Moon is outstanding!! Jake showed up to repair our A/C, he was professional and an expert. He explained everything about the HVAC system and he had our unit working in no time. Later that evening my wife thought the unit wasn’t working so I texted the main office. 10mins later I got a call and they told they would be the next morning to check it. The next morning at 8am I get the call that they are on their way. When they showed up we discussed buying a new unit since I was planning on doing that anyway. They gave me a great deal on a new unit and it was installed the next day. They are professional, honest and truly great people. It was a pleasure to spend my day watching the team install our new unit. We had a team of 6 technicians working to get the job done. I want to personally thank Over the Moon Heating & Cooling for taking care of my family. It is refreshing and comforting to work with this company including the office staff who was wonderful. If you looking for an honest company to work with, Over the Moon should be your choice. Steve G
We called for help with our A/C. Son came to the house that very afternoon. He did a great job analyzing the system, Took corrective action and got it up and running quickly. Then, he stayed to cycle the system a couple of tome to make sure it was working properly. Son did a great job and we are happy to be Over The Moon customers.
Josh was very respectful and very knowledgeable about what we needed. Eric took over part of the job and was also very good
Greg from Over the Moon did a great job on removing electrical lighting fixture out of the way in our home. It was quick, easy, and very professionally done.

My technician, Son, was very thorough and professional. He kept me informed throughout his visit about issues and solutions. Performed A/C control panel reprogram and annual A/C maintenance.
