We have had Tyler’s cone out through our warranty company twice in the past 5 years. In five years they have installed 2 brand new units the last one being last summer. The owner said he ordered the part needed and did not because it would be coming out of his pocket almost 3 weeks later they finally determined we needed a replacement unit again. I believe it’s their fault the first one went out so quickly. We were told we were getting a brand new unit and it was but it was the floor model. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Here we are within a 5 year period with no AC AGAIN!
Great place, they go out of their way to help you. They work with emergency welfare services and are really great people.
My system was completely replaced for the downstairs A/C over Heat Pump; Tyler's HVAC put in a 98% efficient furnace with a 3 Ton Heat Pump. The system is unbelievably quiet & efficient, the modulating furnace can actually run with the Heat Pump is running simultaneously! They included a 10 Year warranty not only on the Parts but also 10 Years on The Labor as well. I couldn't be happier!
I had my air conditioning stop working at 10:30 at night and the temp was in the 90's. The forecast for the next several days was to be upper 90's and reaching 100. I emailed them that night. They responded very quickly and they had someone to my house the next day by mid-day. The techs were super professional and very efficient. Took about 30 minutes to repair and within in several hours the temperature in my house was back to normal. I recommend this company to all of my real estate clients. I'd use them again in a minute.
If you have a home warranty and have HVAC issues, request Tyler’s! We had such a great experience. Doug and David came to identify the issue. They were super professional and all around good guys. I then heard from Glenn who carefully walked me through the process of getting my system replaced. He was very detailed and set clear expectations. Long story short, the warranty company approved the new system. Doug came back out for the installation and did a phenomenal job. A week or so later, Glenn called to see how things were going. Overall, a great experience beginning to end. We will be using Tyler’s for all of our HVAC needs in the future.
My heating and cooling went out, and my home warranty company finally sent Wayne from Tyler's Heating and Air out after 6 other contractors, either A. didn't answer their phone, or B. I was not confident with their answer as to what caused my heating and cooling to go out. Wayne was absolutely phenomenal, from troubleshooting my issues to getting the new unit installed. I spoke with Glenn on the phone several times, and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions, and walk me through the process. Jim one of the owners came out to my house the day of the installation to speak with me and make sure everything went well. Wayne and his crew were in an out in a few short hours, were professional, courteous, and most of all clean and left my house the way they found it. I will be using them in the future to replace my other unit for my downstairs. Do not hesitate to call them, they were awesome, and I know you will be pleased with them.
