I have utilized Iron Bridge Heating and Air Conditioning on multiple occasions and have even enrolled in their maintenance program. Their customer service is always excellent and they are prompt in responding to my calls for assistance.
I have been a customer of Iron Bridge Heating & Air Conditioning for almost 20 years now. They are consistently responsive, on time, knowledgeable, and fair in their pricing. Over those two decades, Iron Bridge has replaced/ repaired/ maintained: a gas-fired boiler at my 60's era rancher, a roof-mounted heat pump at a condo, two heat pumps at a SFH, and a heat pump at yet another condo. Wherever I live in metro Richmond, Iron Bridge Heating & Air Conditioning will ALWAYS be my go-to HVAC contractor. Many thanks to Tony, Courtney, Dawn, Devon, Steve, James and the whole rest of the crew! Y'all are the best!

Can't thank IB H&AC enough. We were freezing, as our system slowly stopped outputting heat. Called on a Sunday and someone almost immediately returned my call. System was serviced the following day. These guys are the "real deal".
As a brand new customer with an emergency heating issue with our house on the coldest day(s) we have had so far, this company and I had phone trouble, hard to understand each other. So, as I try to get a better phone connection, this company decided to be absolutely rude and disrespectful before we could even discuss my heating issue instead of being polite, professional, and just plain respectful as a business should! If they offer a service and I call, just asking if they could hear me over the phone, and we can not get past an introduction without them being snide and short-tempered, myself and all my recommendations for service will go elsewhere. This company needs to check the attitude issue with their employees. Terrible business, no customer service.

I've used Iron and Bridge Heating and Cooling for my home for a few years now. Everytime I've had an urgent request, the dispatcher has always been pleasant, professional, and accommodating. The techs have been knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Fantastic service, and they won't try to charge you an arm and a leg. I also high recommend getting an annual service contract with them - as they actually do honor it and there are no gimmicks behind it. I was skeptical at first, but have been happy with the service Iced received with them each time I've needed my heat pump or furnace serviced/fixed.

Iron Bridge Heating and Air did an entire furnace and air conditioner replacement in an old commercial building we bought and we couldn't be happier with their incredible work. Tony and his crew have tons of experience and helped us choose the best systems for our needs. Always professional and on time. It's great to work with smaller companies that care about the customer so much and these guys are amazing!
my air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days we have had and a weekend. i called so many places and iron bridge responded AND came to fix the unit. the gentleman was very professional and kind. thank you!!!
The technician took extra time to explain what was needed and what was done to repair our unit. This included phone photos and videos. We felt that our unit was fixed, and we were cared for. We will use this company in the future.
I called for service, made an appointment. They came out on 3-22 for my HVAC for a tune up. It had been a couple of years since my last tune up. John was very helpful. He was professional and efficient. Process took a little over an hour. Great service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Lied about what was wrong with my unit and tried to get over 200$ from me for something that was not an issue. Was at my house for 5 minutes, Mis-diagnosed my ac unit. Told me a part was bad when it wasn't, and then wanted to charge me more for another diagnosis. Spoke to the owner who was very rude and spoke down to me. No customer service at all. I could not be more disappointed.
They are always on time and I know that they will have my needs in mind. Their techs are top notch and professional.
