Michael W. was terrific! Knowledgeable and articulate in explaining possible causes for my problem and offering solutions. Very respectful and took the time necessary to ensure that I understood the options available to me. Should I have additional problems with my 16-year old tankless water heater, I’ll call Bradley and ask for Michael!
These guys came in on time and finished the job quick. That's about the nicest thing I can say about them because the work they did was shoddy and they didn't clean up after themselves. First off, they left after "completing" the job of installing a utility sink. When I went into the crawl space to check their work, I noticed they'd left all the trash and wood shavings from the work they did. Also, they had to lower some insulation to access the pipe throughpoint and they didn't even put the insulation back. About a foot of it was soaking wet. I will say that when I called to have them come back and clean up, they had the technicians come out the same day to take care of it, which was nice. They even replaced the bit of insulation that was wet, although that was somewhat begrudgingly agreed to. Second, and much more of an issue than just cleaning up after themselves, is the work they did didn't even last the day. By 8pm that night the drain pipe connection broke which leads me to question the quality of the rest of the work they did. Can't believe I paid $1,356 to deal with this headache. I just hope they come fix this soon, because I've got other things to deal with besides worrying about something that should've been done right the first time.
In a jam today with clogged drain line. Bradley Mech came thru and took care of it. Tech Alec Cole worked hard and left the place better than he found it.
when I had a tankless water heater replaced the technicians seemed to have some difficulty in the install and due to twisting of the copper gas line they created a crack in the valve connection that leaked gas into my crawl space and then into my house. They did not check any connections in the crawl space and it took quite some time for anyone at the emergency number to return my calls. It has been over a week since their plumber replaced the connection and no one from the company has bothered to follow up with me.
The electrician that did the work at my house was very knowledgeable, pointed out some things inside my panel box needing immediate attention. Follow up appointment is necessary to fix.

I had a capacitor replaced and two pounds of r22 put in,it was 1143 dollars?Does this seem a little pricey?Update Bradley reached out to me and took 25 percent off the price of the refrigerant cost,this made it closer too what other contractors charge for it but still more than every other local contractor I called for a quote...but atleast they did do that
We have been using Bradley Mechanical for several years. We have always been happy with their service, from scheduling to billing to technician. The quality of work has always been excellent. We have used them for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. All services have been outstanding. They are expensive! There are definitely more affordable alternatives out there. If you are on a budget, then Bradley may not be for you. If you want it done right, then Bradley IS for you.
I’ve used Bradley Mechanical for multiple plumbing services including service for gas log fireplaces, gas hot water heater, clogged exterior plumbing lines, broken outdoor spigots, etc…at multiple properties over the last few years and they never disappoint. They have always provided prompt, professional service at a fair price.
Great job for the Mechanical section. They experience from the administration to the install was good all the way around and organized. The Plumbing side was a complete opposite experience for my water heater install. The coordination and scheduling was unorganized only to find out that the estimator didn't quote or describe the job accurately. The errors were discovered on installation day which caused the nstall to be rescheduled. I had to contact the Gas company to come out to change my regulator to support the job (the install crew had to tell me), It had to be installed back in my attic even though I originally requested and was quoted for it to be in my garage. As a customer, I would think that since it was quoted wrong, the company would eat the cost that wasn't included but I was mistaken. No one has even acknowledged the poor experience and mistakes on their end. They also didn't schedule the electricians to support the job that the installers requested on the workforce. The installers were good and knowledgeable. The only feedback for them would be to review the job with customer at the end like they did on my A/C. I had to ask questions to get instructions and info on functionality, warranty, maintenance schedule, etc. They installers had to keep contacting the office because of failure to schedule other things like the inspector and even financing options which should have been done at the beginning g of the job. Mechanical side was great but the plumbing scheduling and coordination needs improvement on the whole process. As the customer, I had to deal with continuous inconvenience and was not compensated in any way.
I have been using them for five years and they have always provided excellent service with very professional crews… large job or small, the result is always high quality.
