My AC had been on the brink for years. I decided to make the leap with a replacement. Being a single mom and educator I was nervous about financing. Rob was fantastic! He was patient and provided several options to get me and my family the system we needed. Miles and his team were professional & courteous during the install.The office staff (Mary) are just as nice and helpful. Recommend 100%!
Vito and Lisa-How bout you both rock!!! I really thought this was the end for me and this is how I was going to go when my heat pump stopped working... I called about 4 times and Lisa promised me that she could squeeze me in and she kept her word! Vito arrived and I swear he looked like Jesus! Literally!! He was professional and understanding and it took him about 1/2 hour to find and fix the problem!!! I am one happy camper and really appreciate you both! It for up to 89 degrees in my house but now I'm cool, cool!
Rob and "Fatz" were professional and easy to work with. Install went smoothly, good communication. Very satisfied.

These guys were amazing - everyone was so professional, knowledgeable and personable! Rob Garner our rep was so awesome and gave us all the information we needed and requested! He was on the spot and walked us through every step and was even there when installers came and gave them all the instructions they needed and included us in all the decision making! Me and my wife do not normally write reviews but we were so impressed by this company we felt we needed to let everyone know. Will definitely use this company for all future heating and air conditioning needs!

Recommend and trust Capital City 100% for all heating & cooling services! Technician Dillon Barrett saved the day by replacing a bad relay switch on one of my units at 5:30 on Friday evening. Dillon was kind, courteous and calm as he worked to figure out the cause and fix the issue. Great company and employees!
Tony was our sales guy and he shot straight with me. We had been limping along on a Trane system that was too big for our house and kept cycling on and off too much which wears the components out. I knew this, let him explain it to me anyway, he confirmed what I already knew. I felt like I had a good guy to work with here, he recommended a system, I said let’s replace the whole thing. Got me on the schedule early for install, the guys who did the install were polite, informative, and went the extra mile working late on a Friday to make sure it was done right. Vito and Tristen, thank you guys.
I’ve been using Capital city heating and air for years. We’ve been very pleased with their services. Their technicians are top-notch. Vito took care of an AC issue today, and was very thorough and patient explaining the work that needed to be performed.

I’ve been using Capital City for 8 years now. They always do quality work from the initial install to the service calls and tune ups. All the technicians who have worked at my home have been professional and personable. My most recent service call was handled by Tobin who was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain all my options and provided stellar service!
HVAC story: the previous installers were not thorough and there were multiple times we had to call them to fix things. For instance, the pan overflowed into the ceiling of the bedroom below, and the filter was very difficult to install - we needed a screw driver to open up the door and even then it didn't really fit - we needed to smash it in. Seriously. We changed companies for our checkups. I asked around, and Capital City Heating and Cooling came highly recommended. At the checkup, I asked them to evaluate our existing equipment. They were thorough in their evaluation, explained things carefully, and the work was done quickly. They also took time afterwards to show us the work they had done, and answered all our questions. This company has excellent customer service, from the Comfort Consultant, Tony, to the installers: Vido and Quincy. We can rest easy, knowing that our home will be comfortable year-round. Their equipment is vastly superior, and the filter goes in easily. Thank you again!

Christopher Burke from Capital City Heating and Cooling performed one the best services yet on my AC system. He thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested all components (4) of my system. He did find a few items needing repair or replacement. He took the time to explain and show why the repairs were needed. Highly recommend Capital City and Chris Burke.
