Had an electrical issue not related to hvac and Kent diagnosed and fixed the issue with care and speed. Genuinely cares about doing a complete and quality job.
Kent is always super responsive and sent Jimmy over quickly to resolve our issue. Jimmy was excellent - great guy and made sure I understood the issue and how they would fix it. Replaced a motor in our outdoor unit and installed a new thermostat. Work quality is always excellent, and they do it the right way. No gimmicks and fair pricing. AES will be our first call for anything heating and cooling! I'd highly recommend Air Energy Solutions to anyone! Thanks again for keeping us cool!!!
AES did a great job replacing my air conditioner with a heat pump. Jeremiah & Brian were very professional, efficient, and courteous. Would recommend.
Your technician Jimmy is an asset to the company he worked diligently to get my heat working although he had to order the parts. I will recommend your company to friends and family.

I highly recommend this company. I meant to write this review when AES responded 45 days ago when my upstairs AC system went out during the hottest days. They promptly answered the call, when others wanted me to wait a week, and then they explained what was wrong and what my service contract thru Dominion Power would and would not cover. We decided to replace the unit and their quote was extremely reasonable; they were able to get it done within a few days. I found myself needing them again today when my downstairs unit was blowing hot air. Called my service contractor at 9:45 and requested they contact AES -- less than 3 hours later AES was in my backyard, repaired the downstairs unit and I'm back being cool. Hopefully I won't need an HVAC work in the near future but if I do, AES is definitely who I will request.
AES is all around good people. From ownership, to sales, to inside support, to their field techs...impressed from start to finish. They were responsive, honest and competent when it came to replacing a good portion of my residential HVAC system. Pricing was very fair using reputable equipment. This company promotes their dependable service on their website, but recently I have found that to be the case. I had an annual maintenance service scheduled today for the third time. About 15 minutes past my appointment time I called the office to be told that the technician scheduled to be at my home had called in sick. That was the same story that I was told just four days earlier when they cancelled my appointment. I can understand that workers may not show up, but my appointment was for 1pm and I never received a call to let me know. I could have spent my day off of work doing something else rather than waiting for a service technician not to show for the third time. Will be using another company moving forward.
Air Energy was responsive, reasonably priced, and did a great job with my heat pump install. Their installers were very knowledgeable, courteous, and competent.
Air Energy Solutions did an incredible job. They were very professional, hardworking, and courteous. We are currently undergoing major renovations to our home. One of our contractors mentioned to us that our duct work was old and falling apart. Air Energy Solutions provided a quote and performed the work in under 2 days. We have had multiple contractors working here and my wife and myself both agree that Air Energy Solutions has been the best and easiest to deal with. We will highly recommend Air Energy Solutions to all of our friends. Thank you guys so much again!
I have not used air energy solutions, but they will be the first call when I need something done. I know Kent and would not hesitate to have him and his crew take of my hvac needs!
We have an older unit, passed its prime, and Kent & Erin were able to solve the problem and buy us more time with it. This company is reasonable, friendly and honest. Would definetly recommend!
They did a excellent job! Super nice guy and worked hard and clean as well. Got it working in under 1 hour. I will have them install my new unit if this one ever breaks! I would use no other company.
I can't rave highly enough about Air Energy Solutions. Every time I have run into a problem or need, Kent Jones & his team jump to help immediately. I have never had to worry or wait for my issue to be resolved as the response to diagnose & give me a plan of action is immediate. There have been multiple times the owner (Kent) himself has rushed over after hours to make sure my family was taken care of. They go above and beyond the call of duty and provide a level of customer service that simply doesn't exist anymore. The family feel you get with Air Energy Solutions is second to none. Great group to work with in HVAC trade. Successfully installed a medium sized commercial system in a recent church addition.
AES replaced our home air conditioning unit last summer and it has been wonderful. Last night the air conditioning in the apartment stopped cooling. Kent Jones was here by mid morning and had it cooling by 12:30 pm. He also made some suggestions on how to get the most efficient use of both systems. He also suggested a different filter for our home unit which will stop the "pollen and other bad air particles" from even coming into the house. This will greatly clean up the air coming into the house and make it easier to breath for my husband with his COPD. Once installed you then only have to replace the filter once a year for about $50. WE have always found AES efficient, courteous and easy to work with. They are honest and know what they are doing. They are a top-rated company and I would definitely give them 5 stars ! Highly recommend them if you need any air conditioning or heating work.

I highly recommend Air Energy Solutions due to the outstanding professionalism and quality of work performed on our gas fireplace. Kent went above and beyond. He even took the time to explain parts of the gas fireplace and what each part does while he was working on it. This is the only company we call! Highly recommended!
