The technician, Victor, was very courteous, prompt, and thorough. He made several suggestions we could follow to help keep our unit clean and functioning well.
Matthew was terrific. He arrived on time with a knowledge of my heating cooling system issue. Matthew quickly diagnosed the problem and explained my options for repairs. Very professional. I do think that $555 is expensive for a service call to recharge my mini-split with R410a refrigerant.
Very professional , friendly technician , made sure everything was good to go and even took the time to explain everything he was doing .
Ryan was good. He found a couple of problems and made a few suggestions to get better efficiency. Very conscientious.
Really appreciate calling first thing in the morning and being able to get an appointment the same day. The technician texting when he was on the way is a really nice aspect to let you know when in the two hour window they are actually coming

Howell's has been our HVAC specialist for at least 30 years. Their technicians have always been knowledgeable, courteous & prompt, & we highly recommend them. Mark Vella, in particular, has done a wonderful job maintaining our system & our neighbor's. Our tech today was Ryan. He arrived on time, thoroughly checked our system, was efficient, friendly, courteous, answered our questions giving us options for our aging unit.
Mark was very friendly and professional. He was able to determine our problem and fix it immediately. He also completed our annual maintenance.

Fantastic experience. I’d highly recommend their “comfort care” maintenance plan and services to anyone looking for great service and attention to detail. The technician(s); Jon Bennett and Joshua Seidlitz, quickly assessed and identified the two issues with our two units: replaced EZ trap for 2nd floor system and replaced capacitor for 1st floor outdoor unit. All accomplished in one visit. 5 Stars + service experience.
