Todd came out today and was very professional, thoroughly explaining everything, and most importantly, fixing the issue. I would highly recommend him and Blazer for future HVAC needs. Very reasonably priced as well.
5 stars simply for MATT!!! This guy was wonderful. Extremely respectful of my home. Didn’t mind answering questions and helpful. Would use Matt as my tech again. Really great technician. Very knowledgeable. As long as Matt is working there I will continue to use them with him as my technician.
I have been using Blazer for my HVAC service for a few years now and am thrilled they have added plumbing service! I got into a jam this weekend and had to turn my water off. Left a message last night and received a call first thing this morning. Great service! They are also so involved with the Atlee community that I can’t imagine using anyone else.
Todd was prompt, professional and courteous! Glad to hear our new heat pumps were in good operating order. Next system check already set for 6 months !
Matt is very professional. My numerous questions were answered, explained in a way a layman (me), could understand. Allowing me to make intelligent decisions regarding the ac system. Offered advise in a respectful manner.
This was my first experience with Blazer after trying a different company a couple years ago and I would absolutely recommend them. The tech was communicative and friendly, on time, worked quickly, explained the problem, and kept me from having to replace parts.
Todd was clear on timeframe, all that he is doing and any concerns. He is kind and professional! It is great when you have a company that truly wants to make sure you are well taken care of :)
Matt was very professional and friendly. He expertly checked my HVAC system and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner.
Tammy was extremely patient, helpful & understanding with concerns I had when I discovered that the contractor who installed my HVAC system less than two years ago had gone out of business. I felt that my system wasn’t performing properly and I needed a diagnostic visit. Tammy set up an appointment with a tech for the next morning and Jon arrived on time and listened to my concerns attentively and so he set about checking things out and it was discovered that a refrigerant leak seemed to be the culprit. He set things right and let me know that they would jump back in to remedy any situation that could develop. I was of course disappointed that my previous contractor had left me in a lurch without being around to honor his warranty. I do feel confident that I picked the right contractor this time. They’re personable, professional and I know they’ll make sure I stay comfortable with the onset of Winter. Update: 06.22.23 Matt came to perform scheduled maintenance today. Good communication by Blazer & Matt beforehand. Matt set about his work straight away and checked out my system from top to bottom. Everything is running smoothly, just as it had been after their last visit. Matt was personable & professional. I am still completely happy with my decision to turn to Blazer, and I recommend them with no reservations.
So happy we found Blazer! We've used them for our HVAC & Plumbing. Love the maintenance plan so I don't have to worry about remembering spring and fall cleaning & maintenance. Another great experience.
Matt Covel is very down to earth guy. Easy to talk to and appreciate your time coming out to inspect our HVAC unit. You were on time, called ahead, and knowledgeable.The service we received from Matt and the entire team thus far is top notch, all around good people!

Best service I've ever had. I was using another company for many years but, after being treated so well by Blazer I saw what I was missing. The whole experience was great! From the office folks to Todd who serviced the units, it was hands down the best service. They did so much more and were so personable. I highly recommend Blazer to anyone that wants top of the line customer service and knowledgeable people.
Outstanding company! Todd, our Service Tech, was supper friendly and very knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner and he was very careful to keep everything clean as he worked. I highly recommend this company.

They were able to arrive the same day called. Serviced and fixed condensation line, cleaned and Serviced AC unit. Been working great since. Would recommend
Service tech was right on the early end of the time window and he brought his tools in and went right to work. Lee is a total pro who tells you what is working as it should and what needs repair without any of the usual upsell jive. My heat pump needed a capacitor and he got one from his van and changed it quickly. The service is prompt and professional and I would give more stars if I could.
Todd came back to do a six month check up on my HVAC system and was punctual. He explained what he found, recommended a couple different options and went straight into fixing the issue once an option was selected. I would highly recommend using Todd and Blazer Heating and Air for HVAC maintenance and repair.

We have used Blazer Heating, Air & Plumbing for more than two years. We couldn’t be happier. They are courteous and professional, both on the phone and in person. They arrive on time and give plenty of notice. Something we truly appreciate. They have recently opened a plumbing division, and we couldn’t be happier. We now have annual contracts for both our HVAC and plumbing systems!
