Scott was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He communicated so well and explained every detail. He even sent me photos and showed me the products he was installing. He could not be a more valuable technician (to myself and the company!!)

Garrett (our technician) was extremely knowledgeable to the point that upon explaining our symptoms he had diagnosed the "likely" problem and was 100% correct. Very professional and patient despite it being 9pm at night. Way to Garrett!!!!
Garrett is a superstar! He was very detailed in his communication and in assessing the issues with my air conditioning unit. He honestly saved the day by helping me get things back up and running on very short notice and by alerting me to a safety consideration that he remedied for me in real time. On top of his expertise, Garrett was also so kind and courteous throughout. Highly recommend this company and really appreciate the time that he spent to help me understand what was going on with my unit. Also a huge shout out to the customer service rep, Stephen, who showed great empathy and really changed my outlook from gloomy to optimistic. Thank you for letting me feel heard, Stephen! And deepest thanks to Garrett for following that first experience of customer service with an equally positive technical service visit.
Arthur was amazing! He was professional, polite and friendly. Arthur was thorough with his installation and explanations. Once the work was completed he cleaned up. F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical definitely provides a local company feel. I would highly recommend them.
The drain in our kitchen sink backed up at 6PM on the Friday of a holiday weekend. I soon found out that most plumbing companies don’t send out emergency plumbers unless you already have an account with them but F.H. Furr was happy to help! Wes was at our house within 30 minutes. Realizing the job was more complicated than a simple clog, Wes offered to return first thing the next morning (a Saturday and his day off!) to replace some dated piping and complete the job. A genuine act of kindness that my family and I will never forget. Thank you so much Wes!

F.H. Furr is prolly a great company to work for. However I was not happy with certain staff in communicating through email and phone. I ended up calling a competitor who answered me within 2 hours and scheduled for half price and being an emergency caller took me in with 15 hours. Tevin Lewis the technician was very polite, respectful and a professional. I do believe he needs to look at things a little more carefully. But his work habits and explaining what hes doing and what should be done was very detailed and clear on everything.
I remember Garrett from When the service was “Short Pump HVAC”. I had a service co Tract with them At my old Place. Nice person.
Chris has done work at my home several times. From annual checks on my HVAC to new installations of equipment. I ask for him specifically whenever I schedule a job because I know I can trust his work!

I was not please with how the contractor Wes Collawn spoke with me. I already knew I had a problem. I was told if he did a diagnosis that I would be charge. However, he first said that he was not going under the house because of the mess—then later argued about his time and said he went and look but did not do anything. He wants me to pay a fee when I specifically said I am only looking for a quote not a trip fee. If I approved of the work and you had to find the problem Yes I would pay but he complained more than helped.
