Kim is the real deal. Good communicator and extremely straight forward. Came the same day even though it was late. Clearly has your best interests in mind. I haven't had HVAC issues since coming to Fairfax, until now. Kim earned all future business.
We recently encountered an issue with our rented house and faced difficulties with our landlord. The insurance company they employed diagnosing the problem as our negligence refused to cover the costs for repairs. In this frustrating situation, we reached out to TEK7 for assistance. Remarkably, their technician promptly arrived within an hour. After a thorough inspection of the air conditioning unit, the technician successfully identified the problem. He even went the extra mile by contacting our landlord and providing us with a detailed report. His genuine concern for our rights as tenants was evident as he willingly offered to support us in appealing to both our landlord and the insurance company. Our HVAC heating went offline. I had no idea what happened. I called TEK7 for help. Kim answered and promised to be at my home in 2 hours. It was a last minute request and heade it here in just under 2 hours. He's a warm guy and very clear in his communication. He was teaching and explaining as he was working on my systems. He made minor improvements as we went and resolved the central issue in minutes, rewired my Nest system after making the improvements to my wiring. He was in and out in an hour. The final cost was reasonable, competitively lower than other servicers. I'll update this when TEK7 works my water heater.

My HVAC system stopped working and every time I reset the breaker, it would trip right away. I called a professional HVAC technician (Kim) to diagnose the problem. He replaced the necessary parts to get the system back up and running again. I'm glad I contacted Tek7.

Our furnace stopped working (on Christmas Eve!). We called Kim and he was super responsive and resolved the issue same day. We are grateful and will recommend this company to anyone that asks. 5 stars all around.
Tek7 does a thorough job on annual maintenance by cleaning and inspecting the components of the heater (or the AC in the summer). If there any difficulties the issues are explained. Highly Recommended.

Wow - what a great experience. Not only was the price reasonable, Kim showed me how to replace my own humidifier filter and had me practice so that he wouldn't have to charge me for him to do it! And, he was super thorough in inspecting my gas furnace and cleaning everything. Also, there was no mention of a "service contract" so no high pressure selling to go along with a service call. I highly recommend Tek7!
I will never use another AC company!! Kim is the absolute best. He is so so knowledgeable, always available, and he truly has your best interest at heart. I had another company come out, misdiagnosed the issue, and overcharged our AC unit. Kim came out the next day, walked me through the real issue and had the AC unit up and running within hours.
