Did a great job on our 60BTU unit! Prompt and courteous. Best of three estimates and super honest about equipment availability and pricing. Wanted some sign that we weren't price shopping when we started and was super communicative during this initial phase and whenever difficulties were encountered during install (we had a complicated mix of old and new systems at our church). I would definitely use this company if we have more HVAC needs or for my own home.
The replacement of our AC system was just as expected, installed quickly and professionally with little disruption to our family routine.
Kenny was awesome. He replaced my faulty garbage disposal and figured out that the mystery squeak I heard when turning my faucets on and off was due to a low water pressure-reducing valve setting.
Had great experience today. Professional and knowledgeable. I had them come for inspection. Fair price and did not try to upsell anything. I will be using them in the future
Wendy is a great service coordinator. She is always on top of things and schedules service appointments quickly. She goes the extra mile to meet and exceed customer service requirements. Don is a friendly and very experienced service technician who does the job right. He is also very helpful providing valuable tips and pointers.
A-A Annandale Plumbing is an amazing company! Our family has used this provider for 11 yrs and counting. They are super responsive and will do their best to get you into their schedule same or next day if possible. All the employees are experienced and professional. Never try to force anything upon you and will answer any and all questions. Office manager, Wendy is like talking to a friend on the phone. She immediately remembers you and makes you feel at ease when calling for assistance! Cannot recommend this company anymore! Always 5 star service!
I have found A-A Annandale to be great to work with. From the office staff to the on-site employees everyone is helpful and friendly. The work I have done has always been excellent.
Satisfactory electric water heater replacement. Prompt response and timely service. Careful work and care for property. Expected to double cost of unit to include labor. Paid triple. Seems high, but ‘done’ and maybe ‘new normal’.
My family has used A aanandale for decades. Professional service by experienced technicians. Prompt service, reasonably priced. Latest service was for a blower fan problem.
Great responsiveness; next day am arrival to check my leaking faucet. Very professional. My only reservation about giving five stars was the $175 charge for 5 minutes’ work. Before I even got downstairs, he had fixed it - a broken capsule which he replaced. Great job. Price just seemed high to me.
Our tech was very nice and he came very fast to help us with our furnace not working, they cared about us not being so much in the cold. Thank you so much for everything.
Honest. That’s the most important thing… For years we were using another service and every year they recommended we replace something. This went on for at least 10 years before I realized they were profiting off of our ignorance. A –A Annandale never solicits our business, they only come when we call and ask them to do maintenance or service. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they are very responsive. I highly recommend them!
Installation of new gas range was done professionally and quickly. Victor was a pleasure to deal with. Price was very reasonable. I’ve used AAAnnandale before and definitely will the next time that I need the services that they provide.
I cannot recommend this company enough! Mike and his team were so supportive, they diagnosed the true issues at hand and saved me over $5000+ from other HVAC companies' quotes. They were very quick in their response time as well as very thorough in their diagnostic test. I had two other HVAC companies come out and look at my unit as well and both tried to scam me out of a lot of money.

My AC unit was back up and running in no time! In the years past that I’ve interacted with different technicians, I haven’t met anyone as knowledgeable, helpful, or timely as Don. If you need any HVAC work done - I can’t recommend this business enough.
My 10-year-old water heater doesn't work well recently. Called AA Annandale and Dow came to my house about 30min after my call. What the efficiency! Done some inspections and solved the problem right away, no drama! left a reasonable quote for installing a new heater. Very good service! Will definitely use them again if I need to change a new one some day.

My family has used AA Annandale for years. They are personable and dependable. Last summer our 40 year old A/C died. Doing due diligence we gathered 3 bids from different HVAC companies; they were the company we finally chose. The new A/C is great.
Ronnie and his assistant were very diligent in inspection of the entire a/c unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor (and not lack of freon, as google search suggested). They explained the issue and solution thoroughly, replaced the capacitor, put in a new air filter, and cleaned up, all within an hour. We’re now happily enjoying the cool air INSIDE the house. I highly recommend A-Annandale for HVAC service.
