Quality, service, timeliness all outstanding. Beyond that they also excused an error that was clearly my fault without any penalty or charge. John for sales, and Kolbe and Mason for the installation were excellent. I highly recommend them.
I called SOS over a holiday weekend when my A/C went out. They had someone there within a few hours to get everything back up and running. The tech they sent out was so knowledgeable and explained everything he was checking and doing very well. 10/10 would recommend.
I’m blown away by the service from SOS. John was able to arrive EARLY, got right to work, and my house was already cooling down by the time he left.

John Child and SOS Heating saved the day! We had an AC emergency the day before July 4th, and they gave us a fair price, and John put in extra work late in the afternoon so we would not be stuck on the 4th without AC, and had exceptional responsiveness and communication. Would recommend!!
Who needs a new furnace in the middle of summer? This girl 🤦🏼♀️ SOS was great! Fast response and installed the next day. Hated having to buy a new furnace but I will be calling them back when my ac unit goes out next 😝. Cory, Kaden, Kolbe & Mayson were professional & great to work with.
My cousin recommended this company and I’m so glad she did. My AC went out and they were here pretty much right away. Cory went above and beyond trying to fix it, but in the end, I did end up needing a new one. The crew — Mayson, Kolbe, and Kaden—installed it for me the next day and they were careful, courteous and tidy. They did a wonderful job, and the new AC is amazing. I would absolutely recommend this company.

We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from SOS over the past few months. When we found out we needed our furnace replaced earlier this year they were able to complete the install within a matter of hours. Unfortunately, due to our ductwork, the new furnace ended up quite noisy and a few months later we reached out to see if they could help us mitigate the problem. John was excellent and worked diligently to help find a solution and was even able to squeeze us into their schedule the next day as we had a tenant moving in the end of the week. We can’t say enough good things about the SOS team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I got a bid on fixing my furnace from SOS. They have good reviews and so I was hoping to have the same experience. My furnace was working, but wasn't heating to what the thermostat was set at. The proposal for the "immediate fix" included things that seemed to be totally random and not at all related to the problem I was having. The immediate cost to fix my furnace was over $1000 and included a solenoid valve on my humidifier. My 2nd option would have run me about 5K and my 3rd option was to replace my entire furnace. Well, I called a relative who just happened to be in town who is an HVAC specialist and he looked at the invoice and laughed out loud. He looked at my furnace and replaced my flame sensor and that completely fixed the problem. I paid him $75. I find it so unethical that the salesman (yes salesman - not HVAC specialist) tried to tell me that I may want to replace my entire system for many of thousands of dollars. What he was checking on my furnace and telling me I needed to do just didn't make any sense to me, and as it turns out, I was right. So you may want to do your homework and make sure that the bid you receive is actually what needs to be done. Oh, and I had my solenoid valve checked on my humidifier and it was functioning without problems. Update: SOS did reach out after I wrote this review and I talked to the owner(?) - it's been many weeks and I don't have a name. At any rate, they refunded me the $59 fee charged for coming to my house for the bid. He also acknowledged that the work proposed would not have fixed the problem, and he apologized. So I appreciate their responsiveness and ownership of the mistake.

They installed a new heat pump system in our home.. They were on time, very professional, and did a great job and clean up after themselves. Highly recommend S.O.S. Heating for any service you might need on your heating and cooling in your home. Thanks guys great job
