Bronte was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the furnace. He searched out the problem, ordered a new motor overnight and was concerned about our welfare. He came back the next day and put in the motor and made sure that it was working correctly. He took the time to explain what was happening. We were so blessed to have him help us with our furnace problem.
Monty has been great to work with. Very professional and highly recommend. Has gone above and beyond for me.

I've dealt with many HVAC companies the last 10 years as a maintenance manager. FSM by far beats everyone else. Honest, reliable, dependable. They explain the issues and how it will be repaired. They are prompt and customer service is 5 stars. They saved my property from an awful previous vendor and grateful to have them on speed dial. Thanks Thad and crew!
FSM has been the most fair and honest HVAC company I have ever used. They consistently show up professional and in a timely manner. I have never experienced FSM trying to upswell me on anything. I would recommend FSM to anyone who doesn’t want to wait forever to be serviced and for fair pricing.
John at First Service Mechanical is the best. He is timely, responsive, does excellent work, takes time to explain the details, and does little extra things that only he would think of. He recently saved us big bucks by recommending a repair instead of replacement that had been suggested by another company. I couldn’t be happier with John’s very professional work and interaction.
I gotta say, I’m extremely impressed my Bronty’s dedication and willingness to follow through with his work. Outstanding work ethic to say the least. It’s rare to see his type of dedication. I’ve dealt with many others who would do everything possible to get out of working overtime. FSM, keep this tech, you’ll regret losing him.
We use this company for our AC repairs and they are really awesome. We have AC issues pretty constantly at our community so I call consistently. They are always quick to respond and work with our schedule. The ladies who do the scheduling are super helpful, friendly, and take the time to get information I need from every visit. Sam is often the person to help me on the phone and she gives such amazing customer service. I really appreciate you making each experience easy and pain free. ( As pain free as possible considering )
Patrick showed up on time and despite miscommunication on his work order for our building he remained kind and professional while I explained everything that needed to be done. Patrick went above and beyond with his customer service delivering outstanding, thorough service and providing all the help I needed with our A/C units and politely answering all of my questions. FSM is very lucky to have such a professional on their staff
