Mike Dudley is awesome him and his team.. I had issue with my ac unit they come out no issue ever since.. Just awesome service

when we had a problem with no/low water pressure at our home, we called Harris-Dudley because of their good reviews. We’re so glad we did because our problem was diagnosed and resolved by Nathan, who was so thorough as he worked - explaining what was wrong, what he would do to fix it, and what we’d need to be aware of with our current plumbing system. In our case, we had a bad water pressure regulator. Nathan was great, and I feel like not only did he provide a great service, but I felt we got a good value too. I wholeheartedly recommend Harris-Dudley. Thanks, Nathan!
This company was highly recommended by a retired plumber we know. They have a reputation for doing a good job and charging a fair price. Clearly, they lived up to their reputation. We had a leak develop on the main 2" water line into our business. You would need a special tool to fix the leak quickly. They obviously had the tool and knowledge. The leak was fixed quickly and at a fair price. We plan on using them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.
Great experience! The tech Dajun called ahead of time, showed up on time, wore a mask the whole time, (thank you!) Measured everything twice and ran the propane pipe out of the house right on the mark, cleaned the debris, and did it in good time. I would highly recommend The Harris-Dudley Co. to anyone who wants professional service.
We have now owned 3 houses in multiple states and finally feel like we've found a plumbing and HVAC company that we trust, does a thorough and high quality job, and actually listens to us and communicates well. What a relief! It's far too rare and we're relieved that our home is in good hands. Highly recommend!
Great place get plumbing problems and water heater fixed *YEAH*
A little more than a year ago we started having problems with 10 year old equipment that this company installed. Starting at that time a technician came on several occasions to resolve the problem and each visit made a few changes and installed equipment and replacement parts, all all top of the market rates. Although the technician assured us that the work would fix the problem, it persisted, and the technician returned time after time costing as more time and money as he struggled to diagnose and fix the problem. As we continue to have problems, today a different tech came and told us that the entire system is beyond repair and that we need to replace the entire system. It would be too costly to repair and because of problems they no longer sells this brand of system. I hoped that the owner of the company would understand that the fact that they sold me inferior equipment and failed to support it well would lead to him proposing a fair solution to this situation, but the owner was dismissive, defensive and unhelpful in resolving the issue. After this terrible experience I will never do business with Harris and Dudley again in my home or businesses.
Honestly have never run into a company like this. They rebuilt my boiler last year and it almost made it through the entire winter. They were unable to get it running right from day one. I was talked into unnecessary parts and modifications; i.e. electronic feed counter, larger gas meter, and venting. When I called back today to have them do warranty work on a leaking section, I was told they are no longer insured to perform the work. Now I am stuck once again holding a bag of goods from Harris Dudley plumbing.
These guys underpay their HVAC talent especially because this company only works high end homes new construction & retrofit and are very good at what they do....and they been around for a very long time.....it's also a great place to work. ..just need to respect the hvac trade more and pay what they worth especially if doing places up in P.C. with 55 million dollar building budgets...
Answered the phone late in the day on the evening of a holiday and we were able to schedule installation of a dishwasher the day after holiday. Plumber was very friendly, efficient and did a great job. We'll definitely use this company again!
We had issues with an old radiant heating system and they solved the problem for less than we expected. They had awesome service in the cold of winter when our heat went out.

Classy. I was going 5 over the speed limit in the middle lane when one of their drivers sped passed me middle finger out the window. That alone tells me never hire them. Also telling my family and friends they're classy. Not. Pathetic.

Our water heater sprung a leak and were grateful we were home because the floor drain was clogged and we would have had a disaster if we were out of town. My son-in-law recommended Harris-Dudley and we contacted them immediately. The lady who I called for help, and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, was outstanding in being able to secure installers to come the next day for a replacement. I observed their workmanship and it was also outstanding compared with the unit that was replaced. I would highly recommend them if you want it done right the first time.
